Great experience with Andrea as my realtor. When the first home fell through due to an active roof leak(thanks to that freaky storm we had in February), she already had alternative homes in mind, so it was a very easy segue into a different home that had all the same features I wanted. After the agreement was signed, she continued to keep on top of the process all the way to the closing table. This is the fastest loan closing I've ever had, 26 days from sale agreement to closing table. Awesome support all along the way, complete and thorough followups and feedback on where we were in the process. Great job Andrea!! Thanks again.
