Superb food and atmosphere with a classy British flair. Been going here for 21 years and there is no need to look anywhere else in the Carribean.Beach is very Child Friendly and water calm and smooth inside the protective reef. The best!

We thought this was an excellent experience and relaxing vacation. We came here on business and stayed for an enjoyable getaway for two. From Melissa at the front desk making sure we have all of our reservations and accommodations in order and organized, To Donna, Carol and company taking care of our room, fixing our breakfast and making sure that the room and extra were just right.

And then there is GOOFY, absolutely the best driver anyone could hope for, not only getting us to all of our excursions and activities on time and safely but also helping us to make sure that we were taken care of by his friends at all of the different places. He was more than kind also willing to allow us to enjoy the surrounding beauty under his watchful eyes, something that money can not buy. This wonferful experience would have not been possible without him.

Thanks for the fun and all the enjoyable times in Jamaica. Ya Mon! No worries everything was all right!

This is a fantastic resort with great efforts by the staff to make your stay very welcome. The food at this Resort is fantastic this morning a butler and a chef came to my villa to cook breakfast for me and my family everything was cooked to perfection. The resort has many activities from watersports to tennis and is also nearby excursions that you can take in the Jamaica area. One caveat the food at this Resort is very expensive.

All the great reviews are absolutely true. We went on a last minute whim and could not have been happier. The staff, the location were super. The resort is not the most modern of facilities, but the old charm made it so much better. Real cutlery, dress code, simple elegance. Call me old fashioned, we cod not have been happier.

Round hill hotel Ah breath taking, not to mentioned the fresh organic herb straight from the garden, you can have it in your healthy style omelettes also with sea food, the kids club where kids from all nation meet to their art work their own T-shirts to take home that also makes their trip memorable, O the staff so dedicated they follow to meet all guest needs. The villa breakfast you can't denied it also the in villa dinning wow also you have breakfast in the main dinning room overlooking the blue Caribbean sea and lovely enchanted garden. The Spa another luxurious and beautiful site your massage is well done also the ladies are well equipped with a variety of of amenities they always work with a round hill heart full of love always a place to enjoy your selves.

Good place for a get away. At the villa, you feel right at home with your own pool. The main pool and beach was good as well and so was the spa.

Whom service, true warmth, professionalism and human warmth are important "in paradise", must have visited this resort once. The last 14 days are among the most beautiful and most relaxed ones that I and my husband ever experienced. This standard should be present in every service company. Really no but also no criticism found.

Round Hill was a truly magical place that my husband and I already cannot wait to return to. It is one of those places that is almost impossible to put into words, from the setting, to the food, to the amazing staff and service.

First, the setting is breath taking. Not only is the view beautiful and the setting on the hill perfect, but the grounds and the landscaping are immaculate and so in keeping with Jamaica. There is literally no stone left unturned. There is a lot of space to explore and walk along, my husband and I really enjoyed the jogging path. We stayed in a second story ocean front room which was perfect. Beautifully and classically decorated. We didn t have to turn on the AC one time during our stay because the ocean breeze kept us cool and relaxed. And the view was breath taking. The resort is western facing so the sunsets are amazing.
Second, the food is really delicious. The farm-to-table style was really amazing, all of the veggies were so fresh and delicious. They have a huge veggies garden there that sources a lot of their food. We did not have one bad bite while at Round Hill. Probably our favorite experience was eating at the Restaurant at Round Hill, the 7 course meal was out of this world and the setting was incredible. There is delicious and fresh food at every meal that will suit just about all types of eaters.
Finally, the staff at Round Hill is UNPARALLELED. This to us was the biggest selling point and is probably the number 1 reason we want to go back!! Everyone there is so happy and it is clear they love their jobs, how awesome is that?! They are extremely attentive without being down your throat, super laid back and yet execute immaculate service. It felt like being at the happiest home in the world! A big shout out to Trevor, who is truly gifted in his job. Also to Junior, our driver, who was so much fun and taught us so much about Jamaica. The lifeguards, especially David, who were always there to get you a fresh towel, umbrella, or a laugh. And Stewart and Marcel who make delicious drinks and great laughs! Also, to our wonderful housekeeping staff and gardeners who had the biggest smiles and biggest hearts! I mean how many places do you leave at the end of vacation and know and remember all of the staff s names?! That speaks for itself.

We cannot wait to visit Round Hill again and highly recommend it!!

Beautiful, classy, perfect beach with floating trampoline and rafts and snorkelling. Also water sports. Delicious natural pina coladas and beach side food. Amazing tea time treats. We stayed at a nearby house and paid for access privileges to this paradise. Would be amazing to stay in in one of their villas. Everything is beautiful though not inexpensive.

I would pass it for the most serene and romantic paradise on the beautiful island of Jamaica. The experience was definitely heightened by the incredible service from the warm and friendly sfaff members that ensured that our stay was beyond just a normal vacation. However I would recommend that they have a 24 hrs service to provide guests with food and beverages.

Premium place to spend a vacation or a private get away

The pinnacle of relaxation and luxury in Jamaica. Had I known this resort existed before now, I would have never given my money elsewhere in Jamaica. A treasure. The staff is genuine and caring, food is out of this world (I think the head chef is a Beard Nominee?) and drinks like you would get at a well done bar in NYC. I cannot say enough good things.

Wow. This place is kinda spectacular. Hidden off the road Round Hill was definitely a highlight of Jamaica. The grounds were beautiful and the vibe was so relaxed and comfortable. The bar right in the sand feels like it's out of a movie. Would definitely go back.

This is such a quiet and relaxing hotel. The views are amazing, from the ocean to the mountains the different fruit trees and the flowers are just breath taking. You have to experience this place for yourself!!

For an establishment that gives every attention to detail they shut the water off to our Villa an hour before checkout the day of our departure. It was a major inconvenience having to leave unshowered to travel all day accompanied by a staff that was not very sympathetic to the mistake.

Its nice the staffs they are ok it has a wonderful view of montego bay its ok so all the visitors of overseas can visit

Beautiful rooms that are very well maintained and nice attention to detail. The staff are extremely accommodating and the service is great. The downside is that this is a no cash resort so everything you have is charged to your credit card and no meals are included. The meals and drinks available for sale are very expensive for what they are. For instance we ordered from the light bites menu - jerk chicken with rice and peas, a burger and dessert - it came to $86 (Outside the resort it would have been about $20 for the same meal) with that said the food was well presented and tasty. They add 10% tax and 18% service charge. If got have it delivered to your room there is also a $5 per head delivery charge, so it can get extremely pricy. Tipping is discretionary but after you have paid the delivery or service charge you may be less inclined, the impact of this is that the waiting staff may lose out on tips.

There is a complementary afternoon tea (between 4 and 5pm, it is very nice. A wide range of teas are available as well as coffee there are 3 types of finger sandwiches available (tuna, cheese or cucumber and dill) daily I heard guests comment that the tuna sandwiches ran out very early though), fruit salad, a range of cakes and pastries which were very nice and homemade cookies. There were of course scones and jam but the absence of cream was noted among the guests. I personally thought the afternoon tea was a really great touch to the day and guests seemed to love it.
The reason I focus so heavily on the food elements of this resort is because there does not seem to be much indication on the website about just how much it costs to dine there. Therefore you need to be aware that it is around 40 US dollars per person just for breakfast not forgetting tax and service will be added, as nice as the food maybe it is extremely expensive. Breakfast lunch and dinner without any drinks is around $140 usd per person per day and over $200 usd with drinks plus around 30% in charges.

ALL the staff I encountered were delightful and really make the experience special.
The resort is well developed and has very good facilities. There is s very nice kids club that is well equipped. I believe that if your child is under 2 then you need a Nanny to attend the kids club with them (to do with ratios). Nanny's all available at an additional cost until 10 p.m. Barbara was an excellent nanny, she was so much fun, very experienced and there were no issues whatsoever. She was an absolute Joy. The kids clubhouse is very well equipped I'm generally a really nice environment.

The pineapple room has a very large screen TV and seating for around 10 to 15 people around the TV. There are no TVs in the rooms at this Resort apparently this is to maintain tranquility. However we would have appreciated a TV in our room so that we could have watched some of the World Cup matches. As opposed to having to wake up before 7 and walk to a TV room. I feel like as a grown adults it is better to have the choice and when we want tranquility we could simply leave the television off, this was just a matter of convenience.
As mentioned the rooms were lovely, we stayed in pineapple house. The bathrooms have very large bathtubs and equally large showers. The showers have rainforest shower heads and the temperature is perfect always. There are huge soft white fluffy towels and some really lovely toiletries are provided. Towels or change daily when the rooms are cleaned and there also copious amounts of towels available at the pool. The hotel also has a turndown service in the evening at which stage if need be towels can be changed a game. The results itself is very beautifully and Tastefully designed the beach is nice with sun beds available, about to the beach by no means represents the best of what Jamaican beaches have to offer. Overall we had a lovely if very expensive stay

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy Jamaica. The service is excellent. Great place for LGBT tourists. The food is excellent. Try their guava sorbet and chocolate banana cake.

Truly paradise! The view is breathtaking, food is great, staff are hard working and friendly. Service is impeccable. The beach is nice and therapeutic, you can forget you've been in the ocean for hours. The infinity pool is a must see. Round Hill is very child friendly. The child care services are phenomenal. Overall your stay will be enjoyable. We stayed at cottage 7 and there's nothing short of paradise.

This was our first trip to Round Hill and from the time we entered the property I knew it was going to be special, magical and I was not mistaken. Round Hill is a gem! From pristine beaches, the most jaw dropping views, amazing food, people and service. We had a beach front room, the food was freshly prepared daily and you could taste the freshness. My goodness I did not want to leave, our room had the most beautiful view of the beach I would sit for hours just looking out into the beach, I is jaw dropping gorgeous. The resort is classic and takes you back in time, a welcome change from the busyness of everyday life. We were treated like VIPS by all from the host, hostess, servers, groundskeepers. Mr. Kingsley and Mr. Richard I shall never forget you for your impeccable service and attention to detail. To the staff and management, JOB WELL DONE! You stand a part from the rest. Definitely a class act.
