The rooms are small and the rest are very excellent

The hotel is beautiful by itself. But two things they need to fix. First is that Wi-Fi works terrible and I noted many times that at guests service but nothing was made. You can t normally be connected to internet. Second it s service in main buffet area. It might be missing of fork or spoon at your table, they might bring you wrong order or you can t wait for your order 10-15 min even if it juice. Also check your package before buying coz it says all inclusive but in real it is not. Room service cost you extra. Liquors included in all inclusive package are sucks. If you want something good you have to pay. Rental car at the hotel are very expensive

Pretty small place with the ocean acting as a river

The place was OK. The staff was pleasant but the place really need to get newer design. I was really disturbed by the smell of the carpet while trying to fall asleep. We got an upgrade for the room but we really didn't see the difference as the view is not that amazing. Not the best experience for a 5 stars hotel.

Great restaurants, particularly Brauhaus, and I love their seasonal events.

Our room was very spacious as well as there were many activities to do. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Ther were many restaurants and cuisines available and also a direct entrance to Abu Dhabi mall.

Really good hotel. Friendly service, good and varied cuisine. Clean rooms and well maintained pool area. This place is a pleasure to recommend.

I stayed in an interconnected room and to open the door it took them 45 minutes called them a few times for the people to do it

I came with my family, I was given a small room. I didn't complain, I explained the room was samll and straight away I was given a big room. Staff were friendly from when I entered to when I left. I dropped money in my room, the room cleaner saw me when I returned from my day out and told me where she place the money I dropped. Honest staff friendly staff goes a long way. I would highly recommend this place. Breakfast was excellent.

Lovely hotel! We enjoyed especially the food and atmosphere at finz and the Japanese restaurant. The Italian food is average. The beach and rooms are just great!

One of the most established moderate luxury hotel with great F&B outlets

Very nice hotel we were there at the end of june in the beginning of July for 5 days. The beach and especially the pool were really great just for our two small children very great. The service and the breakfast were great. Also very pleasant was the mall which was right next door. Since we had not booked all-inclusive we could eat with dinner. Basically it seems to be an advantage to have all inclusive in this hotel since the food must be very good and the drinks are basically not cheap. A beer 11 . But as said the mall is right next door. From other visitors, we have learned that there are seven restaurants that belong to the hotel point but also here who had no all inclusive had to go deep in the bag. I think we would visit the hotel a second time but with all inclusive.

As I said at the end of June it was very empty. We had read that it seemed to be full in the following days. The temperatures were about 40 degrees but it is bearable.

One, 2 and 3-bedroom suites, three on-the-beach amenities and an excellent leisure trip but not in the summer.

Distinctive service for outstanding management as well as location and services offered by Rotana

Though the entrance of the hotel is a little inconspicuous, you will be welcomed with a huge lobby and high ceilings when you enter. The check-in was long because they could not find my booking in system, finally everything was sorted out. We like everything there specially the pool and the food was really good, in addition to very nice smiley staff. Their restaurants are fantastic too! The good thing is hotel is connected with Abu Dhabi Shopping mall.

Paper thin walls...too bad otherwise very nice. You can here the guest in the next room sneeze. Expected more...

I chose it because of its ratings as a 5 start hotel, 5 start hotel by look not by the service. Requested an extra pillow their service agent said they don't have??!! Extra Blanket same thing! In the breakfast time requested Turkish coffee they have but you have to pay extra to receive it. Studio room with broken fridge requested to be fixed from the 1st day but no one came and I am not surprised. Really bad service

Decent hotel with decent facilities but we experienced issues with our cooling in the room. Tiny TV and hot water took forever to heat up nothing exceptionally bad but nothing great.

It was really nice destination in abudhabi you can enjoy allot. Love the place and restaurants. You can try Indian Italian German food from same place also seafood restaurant. Everything was amazing. Also connected with abudhabi mall. Love it

Staying here for a week loved the place with the mall next door and private beach w got a free upgrade to a balcony room next time we are in abu Dhabi definitely staying here again

Unruly Arab children allowed to run around and scream until 2:30 AM and it doesn't matter if you complain to management either.

Decent hotel I was having only an iftar gathering there and the Food was pretty good

Apartments old decors room out dated funiture old tv bad colors and no access to the beach exept from out side the hoetl so bad disiegnd nothig like the photos its clean dont like
