Rotana Review

The beach club membership is great. There is a variety of gym equipment and the view is amazing. The pool side cafe is nice as well.

Good in general and there is direct access to Abu Dhabi mall from the hotel. Beach area is fair and pool is big and temperature controlled. Staff is also nice and helpful. I would have given 5 stars except that I was really annoyed with valet service, I didn't leave the hotel for my whole stay and when I checked out I found the right side of my car full of dents and scratches, when I expressed my concern the valet staff then just told me to go complain to the manager. Try to self park your car and take a careful look because their valet staff are really careless about other people properties.

Well, I know I just gave you a five stars without writing a comment, but I am amazed that the reply was from the general manager of the hotel and this for me means alot it means that you have one of the best management system in the world, I had to write this because it's the first time that I get a reply from the manager him self it's been great spending time at the hotel the service and facilities you have is so great that one cant get enough, I didn't have enough time to finish all around the hotel.

The great view took alot of my time and the food varieties is so great one will be confused from where to eat.

After all great hotel one of the best and oldest hotels in Abu Dhabi I do recommend it for everyone .

Best Friday Brunch in Abu Dhabi! Food choice and selection is fantastic, lots of options - especially for vegetarians. The whole room dedicated to desserts is amazing and the staff are always so helpful. The ambience is also great, especially with the DJ playing. Overall, highly recommended to visit Essence for Friday Brunch.

Thuriah Ballroom in Beach Rotana was very hot. I couldn't feel the AC at all.

King of Hospitality. We can feel the genuine smile on all the faces we see in all departments. Cozy rooms with lovely views. Wonderful infinity pool and private beach. Definitely the first choice for staycation.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful beach. And also exercise equipment for training. In the vicinity of the hotel there are shops of famous and simple brands, not on the street.

Very nice hotel, great service, I only put 4 stars simply because for my personal taste there is too much carpet (corridors, rooms etc ...)

Beautiful hotel, excellent location, the hotel has infrastructure, the hotel has its own beach in the lagoon, from the hotel you can get to the shopping center Abu Dhabi Mall. The rooms are spacious with a balcony, the room has everything you need, I used the laundry service, I liked it. Breakfast is good.

So far so good, their all inclusive food and drinks package is great if all you want to do is 'eat and drink'. If you a light eater and don't drink slot of alcohol, it's very expensive. Keep you posted...

It is one of the old hotels in Abu Dhabi, but it is distinguished by its beach and sports club, and a number of excellent restaurants, including Fins Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant.
The hotel also offers a great Ramadan breakfast buffet.

One of my favourite hotels in Abu Dhabi. So comfortable. Room is spaciou and the view fron balcony is breathtaking.

Staff are so friendly. Breakfast at Essence restaurant is a great experience. Food is delicious with good varieties.

Unfortunately the constructions at the road opposites to the entrance are a bit noisy and makes it a bit difficult to access but i hope that this will end very soon.

Looking forward to go there again with my kids

It was very nice hotel but the I get to get the entrance it was very nice and this very good wholesale and herbal the facility is noise not bad

Just 30 minutes away from the Abu Dhabi International Airport and 90 minutes from Dubai International Airport. linked by an exclusive passageway to Abu Dhabi Mall - the capital's most renowned shopping mall. All hotel staff are very nice and helpful.

Good place, but not 5 stars because of lots little things, like the machine to warm bread that was not working well and very difficolt to use for lot of people...I felt very well, with food food and service, so 4 stars gained.

Spacious and clean hotel, next to a shopping mall and convenient. There are also variations in the food served at the hotel, and the price is reasonable. The staff is great too.

Awesome hotel,we went for free because of Dubai first card. The restaurants are awesome we had lots of fun. Me and my family took the VIP,so we spent most of the time in the VIP lounge. The breakfast in Pedros is very good(loved the bacon). The way I could call it in Arabic

The Rotana is really a great place to relax. The staff is really nice and polite. The visit is worthwhile.

The food was terrible and the price was bad it is cheaper to eat in mall 24/7 than buy one meal in the restaurant.

It was cozy, customer service was great no discrimination felt. Everybody was warm
