Chase helped me liquidate some assets due to a family emergency because of covid. I was stressed, but Chase helped me to be able to help my mom so she wouldn't lose her house. He was always professional & feels like you're talking to a brother--thank you!
I needed to roll over some IRA's from previous employers. I had never personally done anything with the accounts. Chase emailed me the forms, talked me through it, and called me to follow up. He also sends articles about the financial world every now and then, which is great (I would have no idea which to follow ... ).
My ONLY complaint about Chase is that he lives 2 time zones away!

After checking for my review and not seeing it I am writing another. If by chance they both appear.....it will just be double the credit. I have never done anything as far as gold or silver but decided to because of the economy. Had no clue what to do and was lucky enough to get Nicole. I explained that I had absolutely no idea what to do. She explained everything to me from the beginning to the end. She answered my questions and made it sound so simple that I decided to do it. She was very thorough and kept in touch with me and explained everything that was going on. If I had a question she explained it fully.
