After checking for my review and not seeing it I am writing another. If by chance they both appear.....it will just be double the credit. I have never done anything as far as gold or silver but decided to because of the economy. Had no clue what to do and was lucky enough to get Nicole. I explained that I had absolutely no idea what to do. She explained everything to me from the beginning to the end. She answered my questions and made it sound so simple that I decided to do it. She was very thorough and kept in touch with me and explained everything that was going on. If I had a question she explained it fully. I was stressed out in the beginning but working with her was an asset and I want to thank her for all of her help. She is truelly an asset to her company. I will do this again at some point in time.
