I needed to roll over some IRA's from previous employers. I had never personally done anything with the accounts. Chase emailed me the forms, talked me through it, and called me to follow up. He also sends articles about the financial world every now and then, which is great (I would have no idea which to follow ... ).
My ONLY complaint about Chase is that he lives 2 time zones away!
