Rosewood Estates Winery Review

This is my favourite winery! I'm always impressed with their employees customer service. I remember getting a tour done by the grandson of the original owner a few years ago and he spoke with such genuine passion. It's a lovely spot for a glass of wine overlooking the vineyard. I love trying the new products they're constantly coming up with. Their meadery offers some really unique products you can't get elsewhere. I usually stock up in person when I'm visiting the area, but I placed my first online order yesterday and was super impressed. Highly recommend!

Beautiful scenery, gorgeous rolling hills exquisitely landscaped. Reasonably priced wine tasting samples (4 for $5). Friendly staff.

Helpful staff, tried a glass of white and red as they only have tastings Thursday through Sunday. I don't know if this is a covid thing or regular thing. So we each had a glass of wine and admired the scenery.

Fantastic wines and mead! Every time we head to Niagara we grab a few bottles and by few I mean a few cases!

What wonderful customer service - warp speed shipping for an online order and when I contacted them with a minor issue with the order, they fixed it immediately and sent me a gift as well. So incredibly warm and generous, not to mention their excellent products. The wildflower honey is complex and goes well with anything you'd add honey to. They make innovative and classic wine that is a true reflection of the great things Ontario wines are capable of.

I really appreciate the extra effort to make sure I received my wine and honey in time for Christmas! Great customer service :) I hope to come for a tour when COVID clears up!

This is the only reliable source of good mead that I can find. I go every year to buy a few boxes. My absolute favorite winery in the region. The unfiltered reds stand out too. You can't skip this place.

The service was great and some of their wines are good. I love that they serve canned seafood. It's not everyday you get to snack on octopus and have wine, all while enjoying such a great view of the winery and lake. What I didn't like was being served the wine in plastic cups when I ordered a flight.

The shipping process is terrible.

I ordered last week and didn't get a confirmation that the wine had shipped. I found a random Post-it on my porch with a furniture moving company name and phone number. I threw it out because it looked like junk.

But this random delivery company apparently has the wine but don't answer their phone so I can't track down my order.

I've been ordering from a few other wineries in Niagara and the shipping is never a problem. Never again!

Update: I did get a call and the wine is coming tomorrow. Crossing my fingers!
