The shipping process is terrible.

I ordered last week and didn't get a confirmation that the wine had shipped. I found a random Post-it on my porch with a furniture moving company name and phone number. I threw it out because it looked like junk.

But this random delivery company apparently has the wine but don't answer their phone so I can't track down my order.

I've been ordering from a few other wineries in Niagara and the shipping is never a problem. Never again!

Update: I did get a call and the wine is coming tomorrow. Crossing my fingers!
