Not a good experience i had with the installation of the monitor mount. Still struggling.

I recently bought a kettle and mixing bowl from Rosewill thru Walmart.com. Very good quality at the right price point. I m in to get another one for my family as a birthday gift. Thanks Rosewill!

Recently purchased a small appliance, didn't know Rosewill made appliances. Not bad for a first impression.

Rosewill is building new products based on Quality, Spec, Cost. Hope it can improve and provide Better User Experience.

Purchased a Full Computer Tower from this company through Newegg in November. The door for the tower came in warped. Newegg tells me to contact Rosewill for the issue. I send in a part request and hear nothing back. Later I call them to check in on the request to be told that they have nothing in their system, the representative on the phone informed me that he manually put in a request and to allow a few days for the part to be found and shipped. I gave them a few weeks since it was the holiday season and have received nothing. I call them again and get put on a wait list for an automatic dial back, never called back. I do not recommend anything related to this company. Very poor customer service.

BEWARE - This company will copy your product and sell a cheaper version of it to undercut you. The Rosewill brand is owned by Newegg, and if you sell on Newegg they will collect your data to copy your best selling products. Then they will rank their Rosewill branded product higher than yours despite having a higher price, worse reviews, and worse quality. Shady business practices that hurt anyone willing to partner with Newegg and the products sold on there a poor value.

pretty fancy for a 20$ gaming keyboard. kids like it!

NewEgg's store brand, basically Dynex grade equipment that NewEgg knows is junk and will not stand behind. Pony up a few extra bucks and deal with a company that stands behind their products.

This company has horrible customer service..... called and get told I would get an email, never did. Called back and told they would call me back. Never did. Messaged them on facebook several times just for them to look at my messages and never reply anything more than the auto response..... they couldn't give me a simple answer on if I could or could not purchase or find the cords needed for a modular power supply from them.... if this is how they respond to people then I definitely wouldn't reccomend purchasing anything from them in fear of the same treatment.

I got Rosewill Cullinan PC PC case for my ryzen pc build in 2017 BF. I like it and still using today.
