This company has horrible customer service..... ca...

This company has horrible customer service..... called and get told I would get an email, never did. Called back and told they would call me back. Never did. Messaged them on facebook several times just for them to look at my messages and never reply anything more than the auto response..... they couldn't give me a simple answer on if I could or could not purchase or find the cords needed for a modular power supply from them.... if this is how they respond to people then I definitely wouldn't reccomend purchasing anything from them in fear of the same treatment.
