I have purchased a few vehicles in my lifetime and usually it s a stressful anoyying experience. Roseville Toyota definitely was the complete opposite Justin was great I never felt like he was trying to push me in a certain direction he was honest and I could tell he was trying to find the right truck for me. Barry was also great and willing to work with me and I felt like he gave me a fair deal. I forget the name of the gentleman that I signed all the paperwork with but I have to include him as well he was clear and quick as possible I knew he could tell we were tired and ready to go home everyone should go through the paperwork process with this man. I recommend Roseville Toyota to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

Austin, the sevice rep took care of all my trucks repairs and more! When she looked up my yr and model she notified me of some recall service needed. They had all the parts present and finished original repairs and recall work in same amt of time as quoted. Received a convenient text that everything was finished ncluding a free alignment and i was outta there! Thank you, JimDial

I always bring my 2001 Avalon to the dealer for service...even oil changes.

Why? They work on Toyotas all day and spot things before they become issues. I have been to independents before and had bad experiences. This particular dealership is excellent.

I deal with Derek Adams and Chris Martinez. Best service I have had anywhere. They go out of their way to help and it shows all the time. My car runs great...I trust these guys.

When anyone tells you to avoid dealership service, etc.?? Laugh and schedule an appointment. You will come back again and again!!

Excellent customer service, particularly from Chris Scarbrough (Internet Sales Representative) ... got a great deal and his attention to detail is second to none. This 2019 Tacoma is our second purchase we have made with him and Roseville Toyota, the first being our 2008 Prius back in 2007.

I highly recommend you contact Chris for your next Toyota purchase.

Also, beautiful dealership facility they've got there !!!

One of the most pleasant experiences I ve had buying a car. Blake, our sales guy, was really kind and understand of the situation and didn t pressure us into anything. He just answered our questions and kept it going as we looked around at vehicles. The financing was super simple and pleasant. Mike, our finance guy, went as fast as he could and worked out the best options, while giving us all the information we asked for. Great experience and will be back to buy another vehicle in the near future is needed. Hopefully not anytime soon though.

OK so we went to go look around just to get an idea of what we wanted and then we ended up talking about getting a RAV4. So for about two hours of talking about price a monthly payment and everything like that I didn t feel comfortable making that money that that monthly payment I didn t want to be car broke so in the meantime they get mine and my wife s drivers license and do all that and they kept trying to pursue me to tell me that I could do for this monthly payment and I couldn t I didn t feel comfortable there s other things that I wanted to do instead of making such a large payment they said they understood but kept pursuing me to sign the paperwork and before you leave make sure you get your license back because my wife never got there got hers back and and they re saying that is nowhere to be found we didn t realize it until the next day we went in on Friday I went and back on Saturday and I called on Monday there s no license worst experience for me I m trying to buy a car was them trying to make me do something out I was not comfortable in making. The first salesman Justin good dude he seemed to be compassionable but the second one that he works with was just very pushy so if you do you shop at Toyota of Roseville Asked for Justin but make sure you get your license Back you got to be on top of them

I have a less than good credit score and filed bankruptcy early 2018 but they worked magic! THANK YOU so much, I am beyond pleased with my new Toyota!

I ve enjoyed the service for my leased Toyota at Roseville Toyota. The scheduled appointments are always on time, the amenities while I wait for my car are excellent and clean. I m partial to the hot popcorn! The directional lighting and clear isles keep me interested in new gadgets and merchandise on the floor near the cashier. The staff are friendly and I m always greeted with a hello!

I already won't come to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. I went to look once and had a very bad experience with their sales department and wound up purchasing my vehicle at another Toyota dealership 30 mins away. If I need to get my vehicle serviced and can't make it to my preferred dealership, I will go to Roseville Toyota to do so and have always had good experiences with their service department. My experience there last week was quite frustrating, though. When I checked in, my quote included a specific service that I had specifically declined when calling in to make the appointment along with some other incorrect details that I had already specified when making my appointment. Not a huge deal, easy enough to correct there in person. However, when I was waiting for my vehicle, my service advisor called me to say my paperwork would be finished in 10 mins. It was not made clear that my vehicle would also be ready at that time and I didn't receive another phone call to say my service was completed and proceeded to wait in their waiting area for another hour before I got up to follow up on the my service status. My vehicle had been finished for the majority of that hour that I wasted waiting and had watched other service advisors come and go, speaking with their customers. My service advisor said she called and left a voicemail, but I had no missed calls or voicemail and she didn't bother to come find me. I do appreciate that I was given a discount for my inconvenience, however, I had to ask what they were going to do to make it right. It was not readily offered

Sat here for 5 hours with my boyfriend getting a truck, made a deal, did all the paperwork. He drove it for about 4 weeks and they kept calling asking for more money. He decided to bring it back and they told him they would figure something out. He told them he wasn't giving them any more money after already making the deal. After the four weeks he finally brought it back to the dealership. He had 5 different people trying to tell him he had no paperwork to sign after dropping the truck off and getting his trade in back. He's waited over 24 hours when they said his money would be back in his account and he still hasn't gotten his money. I do not recommend this dealership to anybody. They don't care about people, they just want money. Definitely wish I could give zero stars for this place. Don't come here unless you want them to take advantage of you.

Mohammad Ali was one of the kindest and easy going sales persons I have ever met. I told him what I was looking for in a car and the 2019 Toyta Rav4 was it.
Beautiful and drives nicely it has everything I was looking for in a new car.
Everyone who helped me was so very friendly and answered all my questions.
This was my second car purchased here and I highly recommend going to Roseville Toyota.

Even though they were super busy, we never felt unattended throughout the buying process. Got me the truck I wanted at the payment I can afford. Best dealership experience I ve ever been a part of. (Been a part of at least 20 car purchases either as the buyer or family member)

He is very nice and he never pressured me to purchase a car, instead he patiently drove me around the lots to see what my car options. People like Rick made my car shopping enjoyable.

I was seeking to obtain a particular truck that Roseville Toyota had in stock. I spoke with the Assistant sales manager Jacob Tawney on the phone who encouraged me to come to the dealership in person. However, I was hesitant because I was leaving San Jose at 5:30 pm and wanted to negotiate over the phone. Jacob reassured me that they would provide me with a good deal on the vehicle. I arrived at around 8:30 pm, my salesman Aurthur Helbig was awaiting my arrival greeting me as I stepped out of my vehicle. It was first class service and salesmanship right from the start and until the very end. I test drove the vehicle then sat down with both Arthur & Jacob to go over the financial details. I was seeking to obtain 1.9% APR through Toyota Motor Company, however they gave me an even better rate of 0% APR through Toyota Motor Company. After some negotiating we were able to come to an agreement on the vehicle. Rejent Bhandari was a pro financing master who streamlined a lengthy document signing marathon. Rejent was able to come up with a great idea to apply for a credit card 0% APR for six months that I used as part of the down payment. I ended up leaving the dealership at 1 am and arrived in San Jose around 3:30 am. I was driving 680S to 101S on the one ramp when I had a tire blow up on my new
vehicle. I looked at it to see if I could limp home as it was not far away but could not. I called AAA and had the vehicle towed to Capitol Toyota who repaired the tire. After explaining to Jacob the situation the dealership offered to pay 50% of the bill which I was very pleased by. I really was fortunate to deal with such high caliber of individuals that were at the highest level of professionalism. It was a night and day difference as I previously had visited my local Toyota dealerships who wanted to provide 15% APR instead and didn't not share the same level of professionalism. I was a able to receive a "Great" deal on a new vehicle
driving a lot to save a lot. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Roseville Toyota!

A very friendly and well put together Toyota dealership, and OH MAN do they have a ton of cars in stock! We didn't end up purchasing through them but we really did like the salesman who helped us out. Although he was newer, he was very eager to answer all of our questions and if he didn't know the answer he found it for us.

They did have a big used car selection, and if that's what you're looking for be sure to call ahead and they can put it aside for you to look at. Even in the heat of this summer they were busy at each of our visits!

What I did not care for was after our first test drive, our salesman "was called by a manager" and we were pawned off on another less friendly guy who really wanted us to run our credit now. Even if he wasn't going to take the commission, it seemed like a shifty process.

I had a very positive experience at Roseville Toyota. I inquired about a car through the Edmunds website, and was contacted very shortly after by Mike J. He patiently and thoroughly answered my many questions, and when I came in the next day I genuinely felt that he had my best interests at heart. He was extremely courteous and respectful, and I always felt that a deal could be had on my terms, not someone else's. Amit K. was a great help putting the finishing touches on the final agreement, and Jacob very patiently walked me through the final paperwork. Emily was wonderful explaining the ins and outs of my new car. Ricardo was also a great help when I called in. 10/10 would buy again.

John L Sullivan s Roseville Toyota is the nearest Toyota dealership to where I live. If ever I have any issues with my 4Runner I take it to this location. I know that I can trust them with being honest with me in what needs to be done to my car. My most recent visit I had to bring my car in without an appointment and my car was brought in right away to be diagnosed. My service advisor was Kyle S. He was very professional and easy to talk to about what needs to be done.

12/10 I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you Roseville Toyota for your help.

I received notice of recall to replace the oil cooler pipe. No problem having the part ordered. When part arrived I was promptly notified an an appointment was scheduled. Unfortunately a medical situation occurred the day of the appointment and I missed it. No problem rescheduling it. I arrived on time, quickly checked in with Service Advisor, and was provided a transport home. 4 hours later a shuttle picked me up and took me back to the dealership. Got my car back and everything was good to go. The Toyota team was polite, friendly, helpful and did a great job on my SUV.

First of all we are a family of 5 from Reno so I called many times to make sure they had what I was looking for exactly. I didn't want to drive two hours there and back if they didn't have what I needed. I talked with Ryan Bennett on the phone and he told me there were 8 of the car I was looking for. I had an appointment with Ryan Bennett, walked in at the time of my appointment to find out Ryan was not working so we got another sales guy Esteban. We were driven around for 2 and 1/2 hours just to look for one of the eight cars we were told that were there. I had the stock numbers and we still weren't able to find even one of the cars. Their parking lots are completely unorganized and if you are going in to look at one specific car unless it's new you won't find it and neither will the sales guy. after our sales guy went inside to look up the cars by their stock numbers on his computer did we find out there was only one car of the eight and it was in the shop being fixed. We went and looked at the car and it was everything I wanted originally so we ended up wanting to buy that car. Once we were able to get a final price that we agreed on the sales manager Colin went to get the price approved and came back with a higher number then what we agreed upon. We were at this time already running late and had been there for almost 7 hours. We had to drive back 2 days later to pick up the car after it was fixed and that took us another four and a half hours even though we signed paperwork 2 days earlier. Lahoma was our finance person and she was great. She was the only person who I felt was treating us with compassion. Out of all of my car buying experiences not one of them has been good and this was no different. I love the car that I got but when they detailed it they did a mediocre job because there was still moldy food left under and in between the seats. Also when they went through this certified pre-owned checklist everything was said to be okay when it wasn't. There had to be a new windshield put in and all new tires which is fine but they did not have that marked down has replaced or damaged. When we asked to have records of this they said it was in their computer system and that they were unable to fix the checklist or print out a copy of the work done.
Check closely with this dealership.i wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know. I have had bad car buying experiences but this was the worst.

Great experience! My wife and I were a little nervous about buying a vehicle from a dealership (last experience from a different dealership not too great). However, I have to say everybody there was really helpful, did not feel pressured and worked with us as far as pricing. Special thanks to Jeremy Kenny for this entire process. Will look forward to heading back there for our second vehicle, thanks Guys!

I was paying cash and the dealership cashed a personal check 3 days after they received cash.
I now have to get my money back from the dealership and deal with bank.
Avoid if possible.

I am pleased to say I received the most excellent service when purchasing a 2019 RAV4 Hybrid XSE SUV at Roseville Toyota this weekend. Jacob Austad s expertise so helped me understand the wonderful features of the SUV that would make my life easier and safer. I grew to TRUST and VALUE Jacob s input because he was not that high pressured sales person I so fear. I am a Baby Boomer, and TRUST is everything! I have to applaud Brandon Rush for managing such an excellent dealership. I am going to recommend Jacob Austad to all my family, friends and fellow Baby Boomers. Had a very good experience this past weekend buying my new Toyota. My sales rep was friendly, helpful, and just all around pretty awesome! They got me in to a car I absolutely love, even with a challenging trade-in that I was upside down on in my financing. The lady that processed my financing here was also very friendly and helpful, and not pushy at all when I declined add-ons I didn t feel I needed. I will definitely go back there next time I m looking for a car!

We bought our car from Tyson who was great to work with, not pushy and nice to chat with. John finished up our financing paperwork and he was fun to talk with as well. My only complaint is how long the whole process took, about 30 minutes looking and test driving since we new exactly what we wanted and 3.5 hours to complete the purchase. It would be nice to streamline the purchase process if possible.

If you want to waste countless hours to get an internet price quote matched, go here. I made an appointment with the salesperson and told him I already had an internet price quote. Since I work in Roseville, I wanted to give them the opportunity to earn my business. I arrived early and the person I set the appointment with couldn't even spare the time to show up. I had to start from scratch and ended up taking 4.5 hours to get a car.

Brought our Camry in for a routine service and once again we were pleased with the level of service we were provided. The staff was friendly as well as informative. They also advised us of a possible issue with our cooling system. Didn't feel pressured one way or the other to get it fixed which is appreciated. We will continue to bring our vehicles to Roseville Toyota for their routine maintenance.

Due to miscommunication on my part, service was not able to be done due to a improper request . This in part was my fault. But, Steve in the service department did everything he could to get my situation solved. He is an awesome and caring service writer. I'm so glad I switched Toyota dealers. Customer service is of high quality. As I waited for my service lots of shopping stuff to look at as well as a very clean sandwich stand with a good selection of snacks. Roseville Toyota is a business that strives to make customers welcome and comfortable... I think my car found car spa to be pampered at for life. I'm very happy with this dealerships service department.... thanks Steve.
