Due to miscommunication on my part, service was not able to be done due to a improper request . This in part was my fault. But, Steve in the service department did everything he could to get my situation solved. He is an awesome and caring service writer. I'm so glad I switched Toyota dealers. Customer service is of high quality. As I waited for my service lots of shopping stuff to look at as well as a very clean sandwich stand with a good selection of snacks. Roseville Toyota is a business that strives to make customers welcome and comfortable... I think my car found car spa to be pampered at for life. I'm very happy with this dealerships service department.... thanks Steve.
