As for Mr. Singh our salesman, top notch! 10/10! He went out of his way to make sure what saw exactly what we wanted to and was incredibly knowledgeable about all vehicles, not just the Toyotas.

I do not have the same feelings for the sales finance people. We knew what we wanted to pay and they insisted on "playing the game" (their words!). I realize this is how it is buying from a dealer but it was extremely frustrating. We had multiple finance guys try to come work out a deal, including one who was straight out of central casting for the car dealer roll. We found out while signing paperwork that instead of working on the price of the car and the value of our trade like we're were told, he just moved numbers around to make our payment look the same. Had to walk out before they would honor what we were told. In the end it was the assistant manager (Gerry?) that came in and made things right, which they should have done as soon as I called them on what they were doing. They hope that once you are that far into the process you won't take the time to look at the actual numbers onot what you are signing. That is why the form with all the details comes dead last.

Bottom line, Mr. Singh was amazing and I would hope all their salesman take a lesson fromy him in manners and civility. THANK YOU MR. SINGH!!!!

But in the end, read what you are signing and do the math yourself.

Why three stars: they are using too much sales tricks when negotiating with a customer which is way time consuming. They are big but expensive!

Went there for a test drive.

Went there for a test drive.
The kid seem like a nice professional and knew about the car.
After 1 min, he start asking us when we were gonna buy the car. "No rush" he said.
We told him we were trying different cars, and mention the Hyundai Ionic and the Kia Niro. He didn't knew none of those, which showed me he didn't knew a lot about hybrid cars, or at least the competition.
At the end, we told him to send us an email with their best numbers, since we still needed to try other cars. He said: "An email? We don't do that".
It was a shame. Nice car, but trying to force people to work they want is not for me.
Next time, be nice and more open. Maybe you will get more sales this way ;)

I am not sure what happened within the last year b...

I am not sure what happened within the last year but the service is now HORRIBLE! I initially bought my Scion xB and serviced it there regularly. But this last time I had such a bad experience I am not going back. I told them that my break pads needed to be replaced because it started squealing. A good indicator of the need of break pad replacement. They came back to me telling me they didn't hear any squealing, that the break pads were good and that everything was fine.

Driving off of the lot, I STILL heard the squealing. Honestly, how can't you hear something that loud?? I finally brought it to another independent dealer who got great reviews and he told me that I needed to replace my break routers or something like that, since I was basically driving with the break pads totally bare!

He also indicated that my transmission fluid needed to be replaced as well.

Honestly, I felt that the dealership was just rushing me through in order to get to another customer instead of really listening to my needs and taking the time to really inspect my vehicle. I am so disappointed. I expected so much more from this place. I'm not sure what happened. But you can find much better service at a much lower price. I know they charge more than average for service but I thought I was getting honest service. Now, it is not worth it at all.

The Service Department reached out to me via text, call and email to inform me of the Recall on my 2014 Corolla's seat belt sensor. I had scheduled 3/30 at 8am initially, but had a conflict with an already scheduled appointment after a second look. They were very flexible on rescheduling to an earlier day & time, and even finished the repair 2 hours early. Very satisfied, and feel safer knowing they're on top of all things Toyota!

The service department was as efficient and professional as always. The cafe service and food was excellent. My complaint was with the parts, etc department. While I waited to purchase something, the only available agent was busy discussing car racing with another person. I finally got feed up and left without my purchase. I found this incident quite out of character for this establishment.

If I could I would give my experience at Roseville Toyota 10 Stars. Linh Nguyen was my salesman. He turned what I thought would be a stressful situation into an amazing car buying experience. Not only was I able to get the color vehicle I wanted I got an upgraded model and my payment was far below his original estimate. The showroom is beautiful and I even left with some of the best tasting cookies I have ever had as a parting gift. I am a Roseville Toyota customer for LIFE! Next up will be my husbands Toyota Tacoma.

We went back to purchase our leased Corolla. We were very unimpressed by the entire process. I was given incorrect info over the phone when I made the appointment. I was told the whole thing would take 30 minutes and that there was nothing I could do beforehand to expedite the process. We were stuck there for over 2.5 hours. When we voiced our concerns we were told that it was the new receptionists fault for the misinformation. The whole ordeal was ridiculous. They really need to better streamline the financing process. Especially when you just want to buy the car you were already leasing.

Overall experience was good. No waiting time to check the vehicle in, good attention from the advisor, all good. The only thing I didn t like in this visit I was charged for battery cleaning. Every time my car has maintenance service, (since the first one), it had has a battery issue (replaced battery, loose connectors and this time corrosion) and all have been corrected under warranty except this one.

No, okay, can you folks call me when it s available? Sure. They called around 8:30am that it was in, I said awesome I ll see you at 1:30pm and had an appointment. My buddy drove over and they had already sold it. This is not how you do business, sorry. 1 Star, will not buy a car from them in the future.

We have purchased Toyota trucks and cars since 1991 in Santa Clara. This was the first purchase in Roseville. It was an ok sale: the salesman was very nice, very helpful but once I made my decision the price was out of reach. The sales manager came back with a more within reach price but seemed to 'include' $2500.00 chrome tires. I said if they were extra I didn't want or need them. It still was unclear until we got to finance. There the true cost was shown - the wheels were NoT included and once again I said I did not want them or need them. What came with the 2020 Corolla was fine. BUT finance could not remove them from the sale so he got the sales manager to come discuss - again I said I didn't want, need them but he would not reconsider that option. I was STUCK with the extra cost!!! I was not happy and I called the management the next morning and Roger told me that the sales manager would be in at 12:30pm and I would receive a call at 1pm. That was Saturday and today is Tues. night and I am still waiting for that call!
Would I buy again at Roseville Toyota ? I would have to think long and hard.

They do a good job repairing the vehicles and they get the repairs done quickly. I would have given 5 stars except for the apparent gender bias. Twice now they have told me there was nothing wrong with my car when I have taken it in for strange noises. They tell me they don't hear it. Both times it was bearings going bad. I guess the good news is they don't take advantage and tell me something is wrong when it isn't , the bad news is they don't listen when I tell them that something is wrong. Both times they did end up fixing the vehicle and I learned after the first incident to be more assertive. I'm a bit confused why they wouldn't believe the owner of the vehicle that it doesn't sound right.

I told them how I wanted the sale to go, what I wanted to pay, and that I didn't want to spend hours negotiating. They removed charges I didn't want to pay and gave me a reasonable price. This is the third vehicle I've purchased from them and it was by far the best experience. All in all they were very accommodating. Thanks!

Bad experience, I went there today to get regular maintenance services ( oil change , filters and tires rotation ) the agent who helped me was friendly and very knowledgeable but the service people were not, I have slipped disc so I set my seat in specific way and when I received my car from them I found that they messed it up as well as all the car s mirrors and steering wheel !? Is driving the car from the building entrance to the service department which is next to that hard for service guy so he messed up my seat , steering wheel and mirrors setting?

Got charged $100 for an oil change. I have been a regular customer for the past 5 years and Roseville Toyota was reasonable, servicing my lexus until this time. I was taken aback this time and the adviser continued to mention that the advisers this past 5 years didn t charge right. I will not go back here.

On a separate note a young middle eastern salesman tried to harass my wife ( who was waiting to pick me up) to buy a Toyota by scaring that our Tesla battery will burst and that it is the worst car. Bad marketing technique. Sorry to see such desperate car salesmen near the service area.

We have not driven this truck for the last 6 months ( snow birds). Now we have a $2,000.00 bill for two sensors. I only paid for the check engine problem so now we have a seatbelt light on all the time.

I went to Roseville Toyota to browse their used highlander inventory. I was met by Wael (who was great by the way, and was almost the only reason I purchased) and his closer, who in which I forgot his name. We test drove the car and I liked it. So we sat and talked numbers. My credit score is in the 800s and I was presented with a down payment of $7,500 with a payment being at $799/month on a 2016 Highlander with 38,000 miles priced at $35,000. Which is insane being that I have excellent credit and had a good down payment. I have never been presented with such a high payment. The closer said he would only be able to drop the price by $500 and I almost walked out. After over an hour of haggling we came to an agreement with what I was comfortable with. I go and sit with the Finance Manager Lori who was just so condescending towards me. I politely asked how long the signing would take because I had to pick up my daughter and she shrugged her shoulders and continued with the paperwork. She was talking down to me and not working with me when I had certain questions. I also had my 11 month old with me which made things a little more challenging. She seemed to be more into my baby than handling business. When the signing was complete, she looked at me, said thank you then proceeded to call me by my child's name. Then said, "oh you didn't get it but thank you too!" I have never experienced anything like this while purchasing a vehicle, or have been treated in such manner. After purchasing a car investing over $30,000 you would think they'd treat their customers better than this. I was so appalled and never felt more defeated in purchasing a vehicle. With that being said. I will NEVER purchase from this dealership ever again. EVER it was just horrible.

You know those guys from dealership always trying to suck out of you every last dollar you have but this time it was amazing. My business was done in two and a half hour - can you imagine that ?! Sale guy name's Adam was simple and honest. The financial person name's Dave didn't push me to buy anything, didn't trick me. They were there for my needs and it was surprisingly nice. I bought 5 cars from another dealership and my experience was not always good but this time I drive home happy. Thank you Adam and Dave.

The Bad:
Beware if you are dealing with the sales department, specifically someone who goes by Jacob, PLEASE note that their/his only goal is to offer misleading information so long as they can make a profit off of you.

Jacob called me pretending to be interested in purchasing my car from from a post on CL.

He went on and on as if he wanted to buy my car! Not disclosing once that he's a sales-guy. After getting me to disclose 'lowest' possible price that I would take for my car Jacob admitted that the intent of his call was to lure me me into their dealership so that I could trade my car in and BUY A NEW ONE.

I stopped him and said: "you must get paid a lot to put up with misleading people to get them to walk in to your lot"

To which he laughed and said "YUP"

After calling him out on his misleading intentions I asked to be transferred to the operator at which point he hung up on me.

I called back to speak to a manager (again the receptionist was nice), and was transferred to their sales manager. Of course I knew I was being transferred to someone who approves of these tactics and to no ones surprise I was rushed off the phone and ignored regarding Jacobs effort to solicit business by lying on the phone.

Now you may say this is all minor, and by comparison to what often goes on I'm sure it was, but I imagine that this is just one example of many where they mislead and date advantage of on naive/gullible people into trading their car (often at 40%-60% of its value) after they spent years making payments with interest on cars that they bought from them in the first place.

I would say in general: stay away from dealerships if you can help it, but especially Roseville Toyota, unless you are looking forward to being taken advantage of.

It was the WORST EXPERIENCE ever! I've never felt so humiliated in my life! Never ever go there! The staff was arrogant, disrespectful!

Here is my story;
I got the best quote for 2015 Camry SE from the Miata Toyota Dealer, everything was perfect over there, they respect you, try to make you satisfied, and leave the dealership happily; but Miata did not have the Silver color.
So, I tried calling the other dealerships and asked them if they had the Silver color. Elk Grove Toyota said they don't have the Silver color and apologized for that.
After this call, I called the Roseville Toyota, talked to the salesperson who must be Shaun Thornhill; I explained everything in detail to him that I visited / talked to 3 different Toyota Dealers in Reno, Sacramento, San Jose; all of them said that they could do the price-match while talking on the phone, but when it comes to visiting the dealership and I get there, they said they cannot do the price-match with the Miata etc.; yeah after explaining previous experiences; HE SAID that Roseville Toyota is the #1 and BIGGEST dealership in North California, and HE GUARANTEED that Roseville Toyota can do the price-match and also give the best price to the customers! I reminded the previous experiences 3 times on the phone to the salesperson, but he again GUARANTEED that they can give me the best price. He said that the only thing I should do is to come to the dealership, and then don't worry about the rest. AND I DID THAT! I trusted them and drove 125 miles which takes 2 hours from RENO, NV to ROSEVILLE, CA. BUT I WISH I DIDN'T...
When I got there, starting from the first person and first minute, before starting to test drive and the paperwork, I asked them again and again and told them that "I have the quote from Miata which is really good price, let's not waste both your and my time, I want to continue if you can do the price-match", and every time I said that, each person said "Don't Worry, we guarantee you that we can do everything; price-matching or giving you the best price". And believed them.
I did the test drive, started the paperwork, they run the credit and gave me the offer. Here is the SURPRISE! I was really surprised, disappointed... I felt that I should have never trusted them!!! They gave me ridiculous offer! I emailed them the previous quote that I got from Miata Toyota; it seemed that they did NOT even take a look at that quote!!! So irresponsible, amateur, humiliating!!!
I should NOT have waited there for one more second, but I had a hope that there was misunderstanding and they would fix it. But the case was totally different!!!
The salesperson came and talked to me, gave me the offer, I denied, gave him my offer, he goes back to the office / finance department, comes back, so and so forth... This process took more than 3 hours!!!
I understand the process, but as I explained the salesperson in the dealership, my question was really clear; "Is Toyota LIABLE for the person that I talked on the phone?!". I said "the salesperson on the phone GUARANTEED that they can do the price-match or give me the BEST PRICE only if I show up and be at the dealership?!".
On the phone, ROSEVILLE TOYOTA IS LYING, DECEIVING the CUSTOMERS!!!
They want you to come to the dealership, and then they play with the numbers / words etc.

I asked the salesperson in the dealership that "LET'S LISTEN TO THE PHONE CONVERSATION TOGETHER and YOU'RE GOING TO SEE WHAT YOUR GUY GUARANTEED!" but as you can guess; he said he listened to the conversation, and "there was no GUARANTEE, but try their best to help me!" This means that I'M LYING! Can you believe that? The salesperson is claiming the customer as a LIAR!!! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY IS THIS?!!!

Then, he claimed that the quote that I got from Miata is not REAL, there is something wrong etc. Then, they tried to price-match, but this time gave me other extra fees... Do you get the point?!!!
They don't want to make business, but waste time.
They tried to bring me different issues such as I'm not qualified for 0 downpayment and 0% APR...

By far the easiest car purchase in 20 years. Starting with Tony in parts referring me to Robyn in sales, test drive with Eric, and informative but not high pressure closing with Johnie in finance. Deal closed smooth. I got an exceptional car price and amazing trade in value. I even had a meet and great with John L. Sullivan himself, consummate gentlemen he was.

Very poor customer service. Went there to just look at 4runner price. And to see what they were like inside. I informed the staff that I did not intent to buy several times. After looking at the car and seeing what features did what, they tried to sneak in a credit application on me. Then they tried to make me buy a new car when I told them I just want to look at the 4runner and their price. They were very rude and persistent. Co worker had similar experience. I hear folsom Toyota is a much better experience.

Honestly, one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Hassle free, honest, fair, and caring. Tried to take care of me and get me into the right vehicle. Toyotas are already great, and they make the experience even better. I'd go back easily.
