I ve always bought all my cars from here as well as have used this location to service them. I will never go anywhere else. I trust them implicitly and the convenience is fantastic! The free coffee and popcorn is also a nice bonus!

Deceiving and dishonest. In order to give you an estimate price, they will ask to fill a credit application, so they can give you the most accurate price . Even if you are just trying to compare prices. I felt hostage with my car keys and registration kept away from me for hours. They purposely hid incentives that are advertised in their website. Horrible experience. If by accident are shopping there, stay away from Adam H, and Howard Sweeney.

Standard expensive oil change! Listed other areas of concern, which are reasonable in assessment, but high flying dollar's to fix them! Nothing that critical, so they can wait for now! No big hype, or pressure to fix anything, which I appreciated that, just letting us know, and gave us prices so we can compare services eksewhere if we wanted too?!

I was pretty happy until I got home and went over the tentative car contract. Razzie, my salesman, told me that the final price of my car was a little over 37,000. The loan officer did not go over the final figures with me, just kept telling to sign here, here, and initial here. I ended up paying 43,000 for my vehicle, I was shocked! It's my own fault for not reading everything before I sign it. Lessened learned. Just feel that I wad taken advantage of, being an old woman.

Went in Because I bought my car from them last year they stalked called me until I went in to look around at the new inventory..remind you they never gave me my second key from the first car..Note Of Advice Don t deal with Barry is very Pushy and they don t even have your loans finalized before you leave ..so don t get Comfortable..Barry didn t understand what No means even when I turned down everything he tried to push cars on me any way..and not only that never give them your keys because I asked for my key more than 20 times and he never gave my keys bac when I was trying to leave Barry is horrible bad sales man very pushy and don t understand what No is ..lady s be aware he really takes an advantage..if I had the time I would march in front because they don t understand No at this place..well at least Barry don t..you will be held hostage when they get your keys and Registration..when Allegedly they are estimating your trade..just a technique to keep you there

Honestly if I could rate it lower I would, these guys are scum. Andy 'Ace' "helped" us out, yea if that nickname doesn't throw sleazy typical car salesmen stereotype red flags I don't know what will. Tried to get us in a bunch of cars we had no interest in and lied through the whole process, backtracking on what he said multiple times while also throwing everyone else he works with under the bus. When we went in and asked to talk to his manager several different times he would tell us he wasn't there or to come back in a couple of days when he knew he'd be gone. Maybe not all the guys there are as shady as he is but no respect for a place that employs someone like that

This was my first visit to this dealership and it was a great experience. I had an appointment for a routine oil change and was greeted as soon as I rolled up to the service department. Peyton gave me a written estimate and directed me to their waiting area and cafe. They have a beautiful facility.

I will definitely be back. Efficient process, my car was complete and clean in a short time. I couldn't ask for more.

I came in today to look into leasing a corolla, I'm young and it's the first time I've had to do all this so it's obviously very stressful. I had help from John McDonald as well as his manager CJ (I can't recall his last name) and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. NOT the typical car salesman stereotype at all. They were incredibly helpful and patient with me and I left tonight with a brand new Corolla with the exact price I wanted. PERFECT price, PERFECT car and they made it all so easy for me! I am beyond impressed with their service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I didn't receive their survey via email for whatever reason so I will be calling tomorrow to have it re-sent... I want them to know how grateful I am to have been given such an awesome first experience.

Super friendly UNTIL you have purchased a car. I was lied to straight to my face about the comprehensive warranty by THREE different people that an aftermarket radio would be covered. It went out last week, took it in and they said it would not be covered. They were rude to me and it did not seem like they wanted to help me AT ALL.

I called in before making an appointment to ensure that the aftermarket radio would be covered, otherwise I wouldn't have taken it in. I took work off just to bring my car in and it did not seem like they cared at all that I was losing my own time and money coming to them for something that they promised would be covered.

Roseville Toyota will not have my business again and I definitely will not recommend them to anyone.

EDIT: Google notified me that some people found my review useful and I decided to look through the other reviews on here. I see that Roseville Toyota has gotten back to almost everyone, even those with bad reviews, except mines. I wonder if they're ignoring me on purpose.

My experience at Roseville Toyota was by far the worst experience buying anything in my life. We got there at 4:30pm to lease 2 cars and everything seemed great until we got to the financing office at 9pm. We had agreed on a lease and terms and everything but in the financing office all the terms changed. The down payment magically changed, the monthly payment increased, and the miles per year was less then we agreed. When we brought up the discrepancies and they had to find the assistant manager to change the terms on the contract. At this point it was 10pm and we were already fed up and ready to leave. We signed the revised contracts and went to prepare our trade in for them to take back to the dealership and thought that everything was finished. 3 days later I get a call about the trade in and we were given an ultimatum, pay an extra $750 down payment and take the trade in back or or payments would increase. Something seemed shady so I told them I would call them back after I talked with my dad. I told them that we had a deal and we signed a contract but they were adamant about paying the extra $750. I talked with some of my coworkers about this and 3 other people had a similar horrible experience at Roseville Toyota. At this point I don t trust anything that Roseville Toyota says and I ll need to consult a contract attorney because something doesn t feel right.

Long story short I would highly recommend buying a car from literally any other dealership.

Worst place to ever go...They are a bunch of people that just lie to there customers. I called in asking for a 2013 toyota camry and the guy name james wyche told me he had 16 models of them in stock. I told him ill be there on saturday so I sent my dad from Lodi to go purchase the car and they said the 2013 models havent even came out yet........ Made me look like a fool to my dad and waste a full day.....These guys are scams........I repeated told the guy you sure you have the 2013 camry and he repeatly said they have many in stock.......They just want to get you so they can try to trick u to something else.............

took in my 2009 toyota camry and service department replaced alternator, and water pump, my car is still under warranty and I asked if they could do a thorough check of the vehicle, he said they did and I was good to go...I changed my oil a few days later and noticed a power steering leak and it was a hose and not covered by my warranty, NOT THE ISSUE...Mike assured me the car was thoroughly checked and there were no other problems yet they're was a significant power steering leak 6 inches away from where they were working for hours...he then told me that issue was no where near where they were working, this service department is friendly but they don't care about fixing your vehicle.

I felt as if I was on an assembly line employees smile appear to be happy but their personal interactions seem to be scrpitic I think they some how forgot we don't have to spend our time and money and are free to choose another preventive service honestly the best time i had was with Austin from sales he spent times just saying hi quickly acknowledged why I was there and didn't push left me feeling like I wanted a knew car so if I choose I be looking for Austin and that contagiously awesome smile and personality but as for the assembly line check your car in from start to finish very doubtful

I've been going to Roseville Toyota for 15+ years for our 2 vehicles and the service is the very best. On my recent visit I just needed a new windshield wiper but they are always friendly and professional. They make good recommendations but are not pushy. Love this place!

My sales rep Mr. Mohammad Ali went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive sales experience. He helped me find a red Rav4, my wife's favorite color. When he heard this was my wifes first car and christmas gift, He put a red Bow on our car and brought red balloons for my wife. He patiently stayed after hours until 11pm taking pictures of us with our new car. He was friendly, respectful and we felt his sincerity. He genuinely wanted us to be' happy and have a positive experience. Mr. Ali is a credit to your organization and represents Roseville Toyota very well.

I had not intended on buying a car that day but I love my 2015 RAV 4 and couldn't be happier with the how the entire dealership worked with me.

I had taken our Toyota Tacoma to another place and they couldn t figure out the issue so I brought it to Toyota and they found out what it was and fixed everything for an incredibly fair price we will never take our truck anywhere else. Steven, the finance person, was also very helpful, and gave very clear explanations of all the parts of the sales contract. He worked with us to get the lowest payment possible.

Recently bought my second car at Roseville Toyota. The salesman Gabriel was very friendly and helpful. They have a lot of inventory and so he drove us to their other lot where we found the car we were looking for.
The price of the car was pretty competitive - we had the Edmunds reference. The finance folks were not as pushy on buying extra warranties and goodies. I was hoping they wouldn't go into those at all.
Overall it was a pleasant experience. Wish the time on paperwork was shorter.

Once I said it was over priced they dropped the price substantially (still over priced), but why didn't they just offer me the lower price before hand? It just seems like they were trying to get the most money out of me they could. But hey, they were nice.

The service was poor and they lied to me, I was told that my final price would be 18,000 including all fees, taxes, etc. But when my bill came the total amount was way more. During the signing of the contract, the employee spoke very quickly and was rushing us to sign the contracts. Before signing he clearly told us that we will pay 18,000 dollars in total counting everything. So, trusting him we signed the papers. I payed 3,000 dollars in cash and asked the finance employee if all I have left to pay is 15,000 and he replied yes. However, after signing, when the bill came, the amount was much higher. I have called and asked many times, informing them about the situation but no one has done anything or tried to resolve this. We even asked for them to check the recording in the finance room to prove that we had agreed on 18,000, but no one listens or does anything about it.

Unlike the other locations where I have done research and visited, Roseville Toyota has not disappointed me from start to finish. I admit at the beginning when I reach out through an internet inquiry, I heard back from one representative who was persistent and made an appointment without responding to my question. But when I had given them another chance, a different representative assisted me. The team I worked with were very professional even during the appointment, which is hard to see these days. I went to a few around the area, and the service elsewhere is significantly different when visiting. Also working in customer service I wanted to do service where it was best deserved and a place I could feel comfortable going back. This would be the place! Thank you to Dan Wermuth, Anish Sapkota, John Wood, and Emily from Customer Relations!

I was very impressed just by the appearance of the showroom & I was given excellent help by Judy Cunningham, she is their internet rep. She make both me & my wife very confident that we were going to receive the best service & care possible & she did just that. If you want a Toyota, this is the dealer to see & Judy is the person to buy it from.

Roseville Toyota has been my dealership of choice ...

Roseville Toyota has been my dealership of choice for 2 years (since my arrival to the Sacramento area).

They are very communicative (cleat, efficient and frequent), knowledgeable, professional and clean.

The service and sales are very comfortable and clean.

As far as sales, I only experienced it only ONCE. I purchased a new 2020 Prius on 4 Apr 2020 in less than six (6) hours (1000 - 1600) which included a two (2) lunch break (at my request) and test driving the vehicle.

My sales representative was Romeo Huynh. He was excellent (upfront, efficient and friendly). My finance representative (closing the deal - paper signing) was Daniel Wermuth. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. Daniel did not pressure to add unnecessary upgrades, fees, options, etc.

Overall Romero and Daniel were top notch (professional, knowledgeable, efficient and communicative). They are the type of car dealership personnel you hope to get when you enter a dealership.

Finally, Michael North was my maintenance representative (yes, my 2010 Prius (> 273K miles) had issues hence my buying a car).

Micheal is the complete opposite of the car mechanic stereotype. He is friendly, upfront, knowledgeable, communicative and actively seeks to understand your car issues in relation to what you want to spend on car maintenance.

Michael/Romero/Daniel, thanks for an awesome customer experience. I will spread the word and as usual return for my service needs.

Arrived at 5:20 PM on Monday, 7-22-2019, with a flat tire. Service greeter was rude and demanded to know if I had an appointment. Service greeter said service is closed even though closing time is advertised to be 6:00 PM.
I came back on Tuesday and was price gouged $186 for one tire. I was supposed to get complimentary wash but they forgot.

I was extremely impressed with how efficient and pleasant the sales team made my purchasing experience. Esteban was a pleasure to work with and has exceptional customer service skills. He listened to what I wanted and respected my time by showing me vehicles in my price range and taste. He also went out of his way to accommodate the test drive for my dog that tagged along. Thank you Esteban!!!

I bought 2 vehicle here only due to them having the trucks in stock. I have been lied to many times from payments to loan structure to service times. I guess if you don't mind waiting 3-4 hours for an oil change when you make an appointment then its great. I most resetly was in for a recalled part that they stated was instock after 3.5 hours they informed me it was not instock after all. I live 40 mins from roseville so its not easy to clear a half day to get a service completed and for them to not know if they have a part for a scheduled appointment is BS.

My son scheduled his oil change appointment in advance. When he showed up, he was told that his new Camry doesn't require oil change that often. One time in 15 000 miles is OK, just ignore the windshield stiker and vehicle alert MAINTENANCE REQUIRED. Will never buy car from this dealer. Very negative experience.

Excellent buying experience. Best pricing in the Bay Area/NorCal and Jason was very helpful and upfront during the negotiating process. Very efficient- from the test drive to vehicle delivery I spent less than 90 minutes at the dealership. This was because Jason had everything ready to go and didn t waste any time throughout the whole process. I ve bought other Toyota s and will definitely be returning to Roseville Toyota for my next purchase.

Worst experience
They billed me for service even though I have a service package that gives me free services for the first 25k and when confronted Service manager (Cole) about it he claims I was being to irate.
I would recommend anyone who does business with them check your receipts.
I would much rather drive out of my way and go to Yuba City Toyota just so I dont get ripped off again!!

I had such a great day hanging out with Mike Hill (my salesman) and Steve Sady (my finance guy).

Oh I forgot I purchased a beautiful two-toned RAV4 hybrid that day as well.

This is my 3rd purchase from Roseville Toyota. Each time gets better and better. I may just go there to hang out with Mike and Steve maybe get some lunch or some cool items for my new car at their gift shop.

I need to give a shout out to Chris Scarborough as well, he made my last purchase so enjoyable and is one of the reasons I came back. He was busy with customers when I arrived, hence my connection to Mike.

My husband and I went to Toyota Roseville at the Roseville Auto Mall in hopes of upgrading my vehicle and I left feeling demeaned, disrespected, and frustrated. My husband, who is a Veteran, and I were laid off our jobs due to COVID-19 back in March and we are finally stable enough to consider upgrading my vehicle which also happens to be at the end of its lease. Be that as it may, we were also celebrating our 10 year anniversary and we figured why not celebrate with a new vehicle. Of course, in the end, this would be my daily commuting vehicle. So this was my purchase and I was calling the shots. I was very firm about my price range and what I could afford for monthly payments to the salesman when he agreed to work with my husband and I. He showed us a few options until I found the vehicle that I fell in love with. The RAV4 XSE in this beautiful dark blue. It wasn't until later in financing, that they mentioned it was actually the newest 2021 model. Our salesman, a newer salesman, Ed V was fantastic and was very helpful. We enjoyed his enthusiasm. The major issue arose when we finally got to the financial process. The two "sales managers" that we worked with named, Tony and William, were uninterested in making a sale with me from the start. They were very short with their answers, their attitudes were aggressively pompous and negative. I felt completely dismissed because they wouldn't speak directly to me and made me feel like I wasn't a valued customer. I was specific on what I would have wanted to pay monthly in the leasing option but they kept trying to coerce me to pay $200+ more monthly than I could afford AND insisted I leave a 1,000 "down-payment" that doesn't even go towards the vehicle, it would go toward their own personal commission! We came to an agreement that if I had a cosigner, I could get a cheaper monthly payment but that didn't make a single difference. Totally disregarded. They continued to push their same agenda and weren't willing to talk about lower payment options whatsoever. They had one number and it was final. So I tried to compromise on a different model but to no avail. My heart was really set on my first pick. William was extremely pretentious during the final encounter and simply insisted "there's no way" they could help me. And to add more salt to the wound, he kept rolling his eyes and made snide comments to our salesmen after I had decided not to make a purchase and my husband explained he wanted to weigh other financing options for my current vehicle. He impatiently and in a taunting demeaner tried to sway my husband and I into financing my vehicle through Toyota as if it were our only option but we didn't want his further assistance by this point. He was so unhelpful and rude. He then left, leaving the conversation open ended, rolling his eyes, walked away without another word. I love Toyota but this was the most unpleasant experience. I feel completely dismissed. I do not plan to shop for my next vehicle or any of my future vehicles for that matter at the Toyota Roseville Auto Mall. I have referred countless of friends and family here for years but this experience changed my perspective drastically. I will tell everyone one about this experience in hopes that it doesn't happen to anyone else. These guys clearly only had one goal and it definitely wasn't quality customer service.

I always enjoy having to take my vehicle in for service and that's something you don't hear often. I've had great customer service. I'm especially thankful for my consistent service representative who is always eager to answer all the questions I have and converse naturally. I also have to mention that I'm still infatuated with my Corolla after two+ years together.

Great customer service from my sales associate Robin. Actually provided me with questions that helped me choose exactly what I wanted. Showed me many options and I was very happy with my purchase.
Finance manager, John, very patient with my questions. Helpful with explaining the car care services and overall very pleasant and personable as was Robin. Happy to sale it was a very pleasant experience. *side note, with being there 3+ hours, offering a coffee or drinks would be a nice touch just saying!

I was in desperate need of getting out of one car & into a newer model to accommodate my current family/personal needs. Razwan worked with me on internet and through entire sales process at dealership to insure that I received an amazing deal from beginning to end at the prices that worked for me. The entire team at Roseville Toyota went out of their way to help me while remaining professional and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in need.
It is commendable to walk away from a completed auto purchase process and have no stress what so ever !!
