Roseville Toyota has been my dealership of choice for 2 years (since my arrival to the Sacramento area).

They are very communicative (cleat, efficient and frequent), knowledgeable, professional and clean.

The service and sales are very comfortable and clean.

As far as sales, I only experienced it only ONCE. I purchased a new 2020 Prius on 4 Apr 2020 in less than six (6) hours (1000 - 1600) which included a two (2) lunch break (at my request) and test driving the vehicle.

My sales representative was Romeo Huynh. He was excellent (upfront, efficient and friendly). My finance representative (closing the deal - paper signing) was Daniel Wermuth. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. Daniel did not pressure to add unnecessary upgrades, fees, options, etc.

Overall Romero and Daniel were top notch (professional, knowledgeable, efficient and communicative). They are the type of car dealership personnel you hope to get when you enter a dealership.

Finally, Michael North was my maintenance representative (yes, my 2010 Prius (> 273K miles) had issues hence my buying a car).

Micheal is the complete opposite of the car mechanic stereotype. He is friendly, upfront, knowledgeable, communicative and actively seeks to understand your car issues in relation to what you want to spend on car maintenance.

Michael/Romero/Daniel, thanks for an awesome customer experience. I will spread the word and as usual return for my service needs.
