Good price, lots of bonus explanations and advice for maintenance were provided. Drove all the way from Hamilton to find component level repair and it seems I lucked out :)

My Brother printer recently had started to print blank pages once I replaced all cartridges. I searched up a few places to bring my printer to figure out what the situation was. Came across Rosebud in Markham. Roman didn t take long to figure out the issue. He was honest with what had to be done. Turns out the printer head needed replacing as I hadn t been using the printer much considering most documents were virtually being signed during COVID. My 6 year old Brother ADS-2000 scanner broke. I googled to find a local repair place and came across Rosebud. I brought the machine in. Roman told me he would diagnose the problem and call me the next day by noon. He called an hour early. He told me that the machine needed a new reader that would have to be ordered from Montreal. His quote including the part was extremely reasonable. I gave him the go-ahead. He called me the next morning to tell me that the part had arrived and that the scanner would be ready by 1pm and fixed! That is 24 hour service including an overnight part delivery from Montreal!!! When I came in to pickup the unit, Roman hooked it up to his computer to show me that the unit worked like new! The next day he actually called me to check that all was working as promised - WOW!!
