The hotel staff was friendly, polite and really helpful. The rooms were spacious with good and free internet connection, as well as a hair dryer, shoe cleaning service. The only minor drawback was that the food quality was not consistent, moving between excellent, I guess depending on the chef ( this was built on ordering the same dish two or three times with different outcome and presentation)

Overall it was a great experience, and I would love to visit this place again.

Amazing service, they provide birthday or celebrations options decorating in the room. Amazing service from pool staff and heated pool! Good food, Large rooms,large comfortable beds, ask for pool view bungalow rooms on second floor. All amenities are available. Great variety of local and international television channels for all the family. An amazing weekend getaway!

I stayed for 4 nights, the overall experience is good, good service, good food, the rooms are not bad, the views are not that good, it is very close to the airport which is good.

The hotel is not that big, it is not relaxing, not many activities, the rooms are kind of small, the staff isn't that nice but they are very professional, the furniture isn't that good, I can't say it is bad, the bad thing I faced (trying 2 rooms) is each room has something that doesn't work properly.

I asked for a pool view room, they gave me a room facing the wall, I asked them to change it and they were cooperative, I faced an issue with my room and complained about it, they tried to handle the issue immediately and they followed up with me by phone to make sure that the issue was resolved, when I called a second day because the I had the same issue the staff was very apologetic, they changed my room and gave me complimentary benefits, I shouldn't have faced these issues in the first place but the way they handled them was nice.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, the food was really good, but they need to consider adding more items to the buffet.

Amazing hotel very stylish and classy with all modern amenities. Great pool and lots of in house dining options including @chinoix Chinese restaurant and @Vintage which is also an in house bar. The staff are really nice and willing to assist ensuring ur stay is a comfortable one. I absolutely indulged in the food as it was delicious.

Staff: Front Desk staff is professional, helpful and cordial. It really made a difference during the stay.

Location: It's a bit out of the way from the sightseeing locations

Facilities: Rooms were to 5 star standards.

Overall: A solid 5 star city hotel adjacent to a golf course

Beautiful Hotel with an outstanding Pool Area, you have a lot of opportunities to relax,there's a big family pool,and also a small pool with fresh water supply,so the pool has cool and fresh water all day long.
The rooms are clean and comfortable,the staff is very friendly,and the food,either the breakfast buffet,or the in Room dining menu are both excellent,you get quality meals for quite a cheap price. From my opinion, there's a 5 Star recommendation for this beautiful resort.

A beautiful hotel with courteous and friendly staff. It offoffers a gym, a pleasure swimming pool and several halls for events. The rooms range from deluxe to executive to family rooms and suites. The air-conditioning is brilliant and the cleanliness immaculate. The cuisine is fabulous. Almost every buffet contains seafood, chicken and beef cooked in various ways. The salad bar has more options than can be counted and the stations for food are unlimited. Above all, the food is delicious and appetizing. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I have stayed at several five star hotels worldwide but no one ever satiated me quite the way the Renaissance Cairo City Mirage Hotel. There is also a souvenir shop in the hotel.

Attended a meeting at Mirage meeting room, friendly staff, good food quality, quiet environment. All the staff followed health protocols for face mask and social distancing. Awesome sights.
