A 4 star hotel (claims it's 5 star) with good overall services. Rooms are a bit costly compared to other better hotels and resorts. Food is not that great. Better eat outside.

The only four star hotel in the city. The best place to live in the heart of the town for the people who use to travel to Sylhet for business/family trip. The destination to have most delicious & hygienic foods as well.

I was here in 2009 during an official event. It has pretty decent facilities. Rooms and other spaces are fully equipped with the features that a five star requires. You can see the great views of the downtown encompassing the gateway of Sylhet city from the rooftop. Rooftop was the place that I enjoyed the most except just one limitation, the swimming pool was pretty tiny over there.

If you find yourself in this part of the world, this hotel is recommended. The food is delicious and varied. The staff is friendly.
