This is such a great party store. They change it up for every holiday. It's fun to walk there on my lunch break and wander through the store. Every thing you need from plates, cards, rentals, costumes and gag gifts.

Need decorations for ANY sort of party? This place has it. Always.

I absolutely love this place. They're affordable and have tons of fun, crazy stuff. Lots of masks, props, party supplies, balloons, inner tubes (?!), and a fun staff to boot.

Love coming here to find fun decor and get an assortment of balloons. They have all the mylar/foil type letter and number balloons with the option to blow up in helium or air. I found this awesome excavator balloon for my 3rd year old son's birthday. Definitely come here for the wide variety of balloons and decorations to make your celebration lively!

Awesome, I've known of this place since I was a kid and have never went inside because I thought it was a warehouse or a manufacturer because of where it's located down in the industrial area, but after a Google search of party supplies for my kids party, I checked it out. Wow! Year round costumes and massive party supplies for every conceivable theme you can muster! It's huge, and fido is welcomed with open arms, my big dog was loved loved love he will forever love the employees here. Massive balloons. ..can get a bit expensive. ...party favors by the bins. ..awesome....like I said can get expensive for sure adding all it up...but if you need to throw an impressive gathering and the dollar store won't do make the trip it's awesome

I absolutely adore this place. It's seriously crazy affordable and ALWAYS a blast. I get all my wacky tights and thigh highs here for a fraction of the price they charge at trendy shops on Hawthorne. Wouldn't even dream of going anywhere else for Halloween. This place is the bee's knees.

LOVE this place.... the have all kind balloons and party supplies.... Also the hellion balloon are really nice and last for quite a bit.... the staff was friendly and help me with my request... very very good service in here.

Random business hours. Call them to make sure they are open. I went there at 5:00pm only to find out they are closing early and more than 1 hour drive yielded nothing!

You have got to love this place. They have EVERYTHING party and costume related, sorted by theme. It s flippin fantastic. Good prices too. Friendly staff.

Amy helped me with my party needs for a grand reopening of a store! I was in a pinch and she was absolutely amazing in helping me find what I needed to make my party a success. I only met Amy but if the rest of the staff are even half as friendly as she was I would recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone looking to throw the shin dig of a lifetime!

Need balloons or little party trinkets, maybe a super cheap costume on the fly, try there first.

Lippman's is a great shop to pick up costuming supplies locally. I often shop here for my theatrical needs. The only downside is their selection is somewhat limited.

Awesome party supply store with a great, helpful staff. Most anything you would want for decorating for most any themed party. Bulk sales.

Best shop of it's kind in town. Mostly tasteful, with a more secluded aisle for 'adult' costumes. Plus fun props and toys. I got a great deerstalker here that I can where everyday, and do.

This place is great. Locally owned party store that has a way better selection of costumes and decor than any corporate party store. The prices are totally reasonable as well. They also rent larger party items as well, so you can have that amazing tiki bar you've always dreamed of.

They do a great job inflating balloons that don't sellin especially big spiderman ones. This place is full of amazing items for any party, birthday graduation etc.

Lots of costumes and party supplies, from balloon filling to mardigras beads. Generally pretty good prices too.

If you have a learning disability or any disability, don't go there.

Selection is always great, and customer service is always horrible. I don t understand the dynamic of not treating customers with basic retail etiquette. When you ask for help and a clerk has walked by you multiple times with zero acknowledgement, and when you ask for help their response is yeah, you just needed to talk . Lame.

What I really appreciated is that they checked the string of lights I purchased to make sure they worked. Small yet significant and speaks to their integrity.

I was referred to Lippman's by, Kayla at Embassy Suites, who was the catering manager for our daughter's party at Embassy last week. I was really impressed with all that Lippman's has to offer. The staff was friendly and helpful, over the phone and in-person. I will definitely be using their services again!

Always packed with the supplies you need for nearly any party. I got a balloon there that floated for 6 months. Literally. 6 months.

If you need balloons or anything for any event, this is the place. The parking sucks. Staff is uber helpy!

Super nice people! Stopped in for some duct tape (they have a selection of decorative tape) and the woman behind the counter was very helpful. This place is huge - I'd be amazed if they didn't have whatever you needed for a party.

Great selection of mask, balloons and party supplies. Friendly helpful staff gets even larger during the busy season.
Oh and did I mention they have tons of bulk toys for home made gift bags!!!

A real treat. Way down in the Central Eastside Industrial District. Everything and anything you can imagine for any theme of party, celebration, or prom. Takes school purchase orders. An unbelievable "balloon room". You can't believe how many colors are available in balloons that can be purchased by the item or in bulk. Nice, friendly, helpful staff that knows their vast inventory.

It was very nice of them to hold my purchase at the front counter that I phoned in the day before.

I inquired about purchasing a disco ball and the different options the employee said they were very busy but was getting frustrated at my detailed questions about my inquiry and instead of being courteous she hung up on me out of nowhere.
Called back and spoke to one of their lead workers who is not a manager and the employee only defended the coworker and did not even validate or qualify my concerns over it. Regardless of how busy you are you don t treat a potential paying customer that way That s just bad business.
I will not be doing business with your company and I will tell everyone I know how poor your customer service is.

I come for the animal twisting balloons, cheap novelty toys, and costume props. Better selection than most party stores

I've been shopping here for over 30 years! This is my favorite party supply place. I've consistently received great service and it usually has just what I need to add a little fun to any party or event.

I needed some makeup and liquid silicon for a school project today, and I found exactly what I was looking for with the help of the friendly employees. There is a wide selection and a lot to see here, I'm definitely coming back for my next project.

I love any place where costumes and makeup are available year round. Nice party store, convenient location but beware the stairs to the bus stop- their no fun, pretty steep. One of my first stops for party supplies. Design any event you want any time of year and always be prepared.

Lippman Co is a great place to get party or holiday decorations. They have costumes year round and a big variety of balloons. Lots of little toys that would make great kids party favors.

The place for costume supplies and for all your party needs. They have everything from adult costumes to kids all year round and their bargain bin is great after Halloween

It's been here before a few times. The selection is ok but the usual tat you would normally find at a party costume place. Just don't touch anything!

I go here for all my random Portland party needs. Bachelorette party? They've got you covered. Halloween? A massive collection of costumes. Balloons? I think they've got an entire room devoted to them. Random glowsticks? Yep, they've got those too. Super convenient place, and so glad it's nice and centrally located!

Love this store. The employees are nice, and seem happy doing their job which is refreshing. I like the fact you can buy smaller quantities of things here,because I never need huge bulk for parties. Great variety too! Has great stuff for pride, Mardi gras, Halloween, etc.

I like that I know I can come here and find something crazy for a themed party or Halloween. What I don't like is how expensive it is, and that everything is made in China.
