Very friendly staff with heavy security. Although it is costly, I highly recommend it for outsiders who are traveling.

Spent just over 14hrs there. Just a pit stop en route to dhaka . Hospitable and a reputable hotel in my motherland. 5*****

They called it a five star hotel and price is high as like a five star hotel but the problem is that the quality is not like a five star hotel.

It's good.

I loved that hotel because in Sylhet City, this hotel is best for living with a good quality.

It's a good hotel. But the cost is too high for the services they offer. They claim to be a 5 star hotel. But I think it's more like a 4 star hotel. Other then the cost problem, the hotel is very nice. The food is also good. They have wi-fi, a small swimming pool. The place is very clean too.

Only one five star hotel in Sylhet.hotel has a great view. Well facilities with fool,spa own restaurant,luxury rooms etc.
The other thing is it has a top level security for 24/7 hours.Above all it's a awesome place.

Great Place! I had been there someday. That's an awesome place. Luxurious living, best place for meeting (official/unofficial), bar, pool etc. Stuffs are good in service and behaviour. You can find almost all kinds of food items here. Decorations are gorgeous!
A place for all.
But rates are so costly!! This is the only negative point I have found about the hotel.
Otherwise this is a spectacular!

you can call it a 5 star hotel for sylhet division now. because there is no good hotel better then rose view hotel. but little costly. if VIP person goes to visit sylhet. they stay here.

Its service was pretty good earlier considering lack of quality hotels in Sylhet. But nowadays I think they are becoming somewhat ignorant of their services. Last time I visited they didn't even offered welcome drinks. Also their buffet items were not that much quality full. Also the shower head fell on me while bathing. But room service was very good.

Came for lunch with my sister. We loved our Thai-style mains which were amazing with lots of flavour, very impressive for a vegetarian restaurant.
But the service was below average and the chips were too terrible to finish.
When we arrived at 1.40, we had to wait 20 minutes while they got our table ready. OK, so we didn't have a reservation, but the restaurant was only half full. There was no reason to make us wait at all.
We ordered the chips as a side dish and they looked delicious. But, when we tasted them, they were overcooked and swimming in oil so we left most of them. We expected a lot more for $10!

I was really excited about visiting Vega, and the mains were just fantastic, but the rest of the experience was really disappointing.
