The education and value that Rose Paving has provided our organization has been tremendous. We appreciate their attention to detail and responsiveness to our requests. Anyone looking for a group capable of servicing their paving work should give this outfit an opportunity. We have dealt with many paving contractors in the past with poor results. This group has been a breath of fresh air for us.
Our condo needed a new parking lot, and the job included getting rid of layers of asphalt and broken concrete, regrading the site to get rid of a steep incline, adding a gravel layer, shoring up a sinking manhole to the sewer line, and more. Rose's bid was prompt, clear, and fair. Both the estimator and the project manager answered multiple questions about materials and options. The work was scheduled quickly. The crew got started early, and when they uncovered a couple of problems, our project manager called us within 20 minutes to present solutions and options. We cannot say enough good things about the crew. They were nice guys who weren't afraid of explaining what they were doing, and they worked long and hard to finish the job in a day, as promised. Best of all, they did a beautiful job. The lot was well constructed and well detailed, and they even cleaned up the alley and side areas when the job was done.
Our parking lot was overdue for major repairs and sealcoating. We contacted several other companies and Rose Paving was the most competitive and professional. I contacted the company and Brad Benson was out to give an estimate within the week. We were not able to have the work performed for a couple of months and Brad honored the original estimate although they had encountered a product price increase. After reviewing the original map plan we had adjustments and Brad was more then accommodating to our changes. The work was scheduled when it was convenient for our business and every employee from the scheduler to stripers was courteous and professional and their company vehicles were immaculate. I would highly recommend Rose Paving. Brad and Rose Paving exceeded our expectations at every level.

Rose Paving has been very professional and easy to work with over the last 4 years. It sets the standard for national paving companies in my opinion. We are a local alliance member with them and handle projects in central Texas. All of the management staff have been a pleasure to work with. We look forward to many more years of working with Rose Paving!

I called 6 companies for a paving estimate and this company s price was 3 times higher than all of the other companies. Rose estimate was 27K for such a small area which is 7K higher than the concrete estimates we received and that s not right because we all know that concrete is much more expensive than asphalt. As a small business owner I felt insulted I reached out to the guy thinking he made a mistake and he couldn t give me an honest answer as to why their price was unbelievably higher than the other companies. We decided to go with concrete. I would strongly advise you to shop around before moving forward with this company because they are doing some serious price gouging or maybe it was just the color on my skin.
Rose Paving does a great job not only with the project work but communicating throughout the entire process. Their customer service is outstanding. If there are any issues they address them immediately. As a Property Manager Rose is the type of company I like to do business with. I recommend using them for any size project it doesn't matter if its a small sidewalk repair or an entire parking lot their customer service is the same. Neal and Amanda keep up the great work!
Rose paving has set the standard in the National Paving business model. The attention to detail has helped me change the way I do my business. The people on the staff that I work with are fantastic. I have been doing business with them for 10 years and could not be happier with that relationship in the Paving industry.

Our community association recently hired Rose Paving to apply seal coating to a driveway and parking ares. Several times before the work was scheduled, the Board asked if pot holes would be filled. We were told they would be. Why would a professional EVER seal coat without first filling pot holes?! So, overall we are dissatisfied with the work done, which was a project that took months to prepare for. They have not come back to remedy this 3 weeks after job complete. For these reasons, do not recommend.
