Our community association recently hired Rose Paving to apply seal coating to a driveway and parking ares. Several times before the work was scheduled, the Board asked if pot holes would be filled. We were told they would be. Why would a professional EVER seal coat without first filling pot holes?! So, overall we are dissatisfied with the work done, which was a project that took months to prepare for. They have not come back to remedy this 3 weeks after job complete. For these reasons, do not recommend.
