Our condo needed a new parking lot, and the job included getting rid of layers of asphalt and broken concrete, regrading the site to get rid of a steep incline, adding a gravel layer, shoring up a sinking manhole to the sewer line, and more. Rose's bid was prompt, clear, and fair. Both the estimator and the project manager answered multiple questions about materials and options. The work was scheduled quickly. The crew got started early, and when they uncovered a couple of problems, our project manager called us within 20 minutes to present solutions and options. We cannot say enough good things about the crew. They were nice guys who weren't afraid of explaining what they were doing, and they worked long and hard to finish the job in a day, as promised. Best of all, they did a beautiful job. The lot was well constructed and well detailed, and they even cleaned up the alley and side areas when the job was done.
