Very nice gift ideas !!! Continuous renewal, great variety in designs and colors. Roses have durability for years. It is fantastic!

My order was delayed for 10 days because I was told because it was for abroad, it made 14. When the package arrived, the LED lights that should have been included were missing. The only positive was the kind and helpful girl I had communication with and I only put two stars above.

Infinite choices to choose from, very good quality, excellent service ... I highly recommend it !!

Very bad service. We made an order and sent it 10 days later. Unacceptable. They charged us for transport, and they did not and did not tell us about the money back. Of course, they made no return and forced us to buy. It is unacceptable. Those who have an order from afar or have entered the store fully understand what I mean. No respect.

Order was never sent.
I have to talk about ordering because no email notification says it has been sent to you I tell them a shipping number to tell me of course I send it to your mail now.
Of course they never sent anything ... again the next day to learn about the order tells me it has been sent normally since yesterday it is meant it has not sent anything I'm again asking for shipping number I can have it now I'm telling you I'm sending it to mail .... and it is understood that they did not send anything because there is nothing.
With many of them again I get a phone and I send them and they say that they can not deal with me and make a refund that I understood accepted but it also took 2 males to send them.
And they tell me if the order comes but you will send it back ... any order to come after it has not even begun ... and for the shipping number to me they say it is very hard to find it they have no time to deal with. ..
Most of them are a lot of them !!!!

Premium flowers with NOT premium services. Not the same flowers that i ordered cause they have run out of them. Never asked if I wanted different ones. Order was placed one week in advance and they had a lot of time to communicate with me. Also they send them on a different date. 0 out of 2. And the only thing that I heard was apologies. Nor compensation neither a proposition to keep me as a customer from their side. Not a good service.....
