It's okay once. If you have difficulty walking, I advise against this. Everything is very far apart and if you ask a chalet with amenities then you are still far away. Hygiene is not top (dirty pool) there is more to experience when the weather is nice.

We have just spent two weeks camping with our caravan at this campsite, Roompot Beach Resort ... it is not worth the money.
We had a camping spot with private sanitary facilities.
-Door private sanitary blocks and creaks and rattles.
-In addition, every door of the private sanitary facilities, you heard doors slamming and creaking all day and evening
-Drain is placed incorrectly ... water runs away from the well instead of towards the well every time
-Check-in time is 1:00 PM but the private sanitary facilities are only open from 3:00 PM ... very nice if you have had an end to pee ...
-The pool is extremely outdated
-Swimming in block hours through Corona which is logical, it is a pity that you first stand in line outside for half an hour before you can swim, and then you swim for an hour and then you have to get out.
-Lots of overdue maintenance on the entire park, pruning, sweeping, toilet areas and so on ....
-WiFi has not worked around our place for 8 days, every day the reception promised improvement but unfortunately.
-Well nice spacious places
No Roompot anymore for us, an organization that is too large and loses sight of everything.
The feeling is therefore not there, too bad!

Beautiful, spacious holiday park.
So far always in a 6-bungalow, which has a great space.
Depending on the location about 10 minutes to the beach.
Had a super stay although some things ih house need to be replaced .. (mattress and couch were rock hard)
Onwijs groot vakantiepark, voor ons iets te groot en te druk. Dit park is een combi park met tenten, caravans, chalets en bungalows.
Restaurants kunnen de drukte niet aan, lange wachtrijen en tijden.
Als je een jong gezin hebt net als wij, dan is op tijd eten aangeraden, dus 17.30 a 18u, daarna zijn alle eetgelegenheden veel te druk.
Het Zwembad, receptie en andere restaurants zijn verspreid over het park, zit niet centraal op 1 locatie. We hebben 1 dag fiets gehuurd, want fietsen is sneller dan lopen met 3 jonge kinderen. Volgende keer toch maar een fiets arrangement bijboeken. Park is te groot om steeds heen en weer te lopen.
Personeel waren vriendelijk.
Wel jammer dat de programma's op het kaart/plattegrond niet kloppen... We wilden graag de peutershow kijken op het terras, na 1 uur wachten kwam er niets...
Tennisbanen is paintball veld geworden, hadden onze tennis spulen mee, maar helaas...
Strand was prima, er zijn toiletten en speeltoestellen. De pizzaria bij het strand was lekker, we hebben zelfs afgehaald en in het huisje gegeten (ongeveer 12/15 min lopen naar chalet). De pizza's waren nog warm en knapperig! Aanrader dus.
A large, relaxed campsite and mobile home park in a good location. Sanitary always clean. Swimming pool in the years, but ok. Keycards sent in advance save check-in. Definitely take bicycles.
Cottage is pretty okay. sit on sophia boulevard 3. has a sauna and a whirlpool, but the hygiene leaves something to be desired / gone through the house with UV lamp - toilet and bathroom have lime mold and urine / semen residue. So very dirty. kitchen has a dishwasher that smells just like the sea. gas stove and refrigerator are okay
Kitchen row is worn out. unfortunately you can not use all cabinets belong to the owner of the house.
A few cupboards are locked.
children's bedrooms are okay cots too. parent bedroom mattresses are sagging if you light them for too long, the back is bent all day long. Passed on to reception and was told they couldn't do anything with it. wifi / internet has limited access not all ports are open is not reported in the folder.
Garden shed / storage room is locked and belongs to the owner's house, so you can not bring anything
TV living room has a good picture on analogue on digital channels, it bothers like crazy, not all channels are available, but the regular channels such as Ned 1.2.3 and RTL 4.5. SBS 6.9 and veronica

We found a dead rabbit on the playing field ... reported at 10.30 in the morning .. back on the playing field .. at 1 pm the same death bunny is still lying .. then called .. and more than an hour later they come to pick up the bunny .. . bad thing .... 3.5 hours later ... was a hot day .. all kinds of diseases can spread and children who would encounter the bunny while playing .... service bad ... and when I read those reviews ..then they haven't read it? Come on creampot .... improve that bite.
For the rest, the view is beautiful ... beach very nice but we don't come back a second time ... yes for less money .. what 1500 euros for a week .. is more than 200 euros per day ... a little too much. for what you get in return. Judge for yourself regarding photos
Our chalet was very clean and totally comfortable. Dishwasher, microwave, good mattresses, 2 TV, ... all right.
The area is very nice and ideal as a base for excursions. The chip shop on site is good and not too expensive.
The fun pool was a bit old but Ansich clean. However, it is rather something for families with small children up to 8 years.
Beach Hous XL 7506 for 6 people - overall a joke.
We came to the park with a lot of anticipation. We found the front desk quite quickly.
Here it was first of all "standing on the ground". The question "where is our house, please" was probably not too much. We got a plan of the park and a circle around the house.
The next please. ... So it was time to search.
We drove to the barrier to the park entrance. But there we had to insert a card for the access.
But it didn't work because we hadn't received a card.
So back again and we learned that we had to drive "all the way around" to get to the Beach Houses.
After some searching, we found the driveway to the houses. Here it was said that the luggage service would bring the luggage home.
That's the theory. In fact, the employees showed "there is their house. We only go to the houses with a view of the beach and not to those with a view of the harbor".
Great. So it means to carry all the stuff over the dunes. And this is not so easy in the sand.
You shouldn't forget: every bottle of water has to be carried very, very far. ... There are no stops in front of the house.
Then to the house. That works with PIN. The beeping of the number entry is so quiet that we always had to say "quietly, otherwise I won't hear a malfunction". After umpteen attempts the door opened.
There were four of us in the 6 person house and we thought everything was just "piggy".
Warning to families with children:
The stairs in the house are bloody steep. If a child crawls up or down there, it will fall. For sure. There is no child gate for small children. Hence my advice: check your health insurance beforehand. ...
But look at the beds.
Uh The blankets weren't covered. I took pictures of the ceilings.
Black pubic hair in abundance stuck to the blankets. Yuck.
So hiked about 15 minutes to the reception and filed a complaint "yes, we'll take care of it".
That's exactly what I need after hours of driving.
And otherwise. Windows not cleaned, dust and broken dishes everywhere ....
Found an old toothbrush in the shower and thought to myself: They probably cleaned with it.

I had to go to the bathroom. Not even toilet paper was there!
No washing up, no nothing. So 20 minutes to the supermarket. Great.
The WiFi in the house was slow and marked by many crashes. Really lousy.
The couch in the living room is not enough for 6 adults and was rock hard. Like in church, you sat in front of the television. How 6 people should watch TV is a mystery to me. It does not work.
Lounge furniture was available. But 6 people can only sit there like in church. It couldn't be more uncomfortable.
The park itself has the charm of the 60s. Without love. Rent out bulk and make a profit. This motto seems to prevail here and can be felt everywhere.
The on-site pizzeria is totally unacceptable. It seems to be a finished product where the covering is simply placed on top. The dough tastes like it is raw and has no taste of its own. Not even Cross
The extractor hood did not work. Neither light nor trigger.
Light in a room upstairs also broken.
The swimming pool has the charm of the 60s with broken tiles and is no longer up to date.
Since I don't want to be bored anymore, that should be enough.
Two stars just for the location.

Choice of different types of houses and camping. Kamperland is a small town with a good supermarket and several restaurants. A good base for day trips in the area.

We are leaving on Friday 28/08 towards a chalet in Roompot Beach Resort with great regret. We tried to reschedule the stay throughout that Corona at the end of July, but that was only possible when we canceled the booking and dropped our money for this and booked and paid again !!! This is crazy for words! Now you would think that if you go to a region where they recommend from Belgium to go into quarantine for 2 weeks when you return home, the holiday park would make exceptions for this. The result is that the children cannot come along now (which we mainly booked it for !!). The facilities of the holiday park cannot be used as in normal times ... and yet you pay the full price. I think this is scandalous and very regrettable. We now have 2 choices: come on holiday with the 2 of us with fear or not and lose our money. You will understand that we will not have a carefree holiday when we come on holiday in a risk zone. I don't think this is customer-friendly at all. I've always loved to travel to holiday parks in the past, but unfortunately not now ....

Last week we spent a midweek at the park in a Comfort house. The location of the house is top. You can walk into the harbor and onto the beach. The house itself against it was really disappointing. It is very small. The photo they show is a large detached house which is divided into four and that is your stay. We had made a mistake about this, so a big downer. We paid quite a bit of money, but you know that during the summer holidays. In front of the door you have a small area where you can sit, we were practically on the street, nothing, no separation. We were very happy with the nice weather so went to the beach every day otherwise I think we would soon have gone right. Because the house is really too small for 4 people, we couldn't even sit on the couch together because this didn't fit. The sofa is made of fake plastic, with 30 degrees not recommended either.
So location top, accommodation bad!
Nice place, but quite noisy. Price performance as a motorhome is in vain to the chalts, much too expensive.
Very pleasant campsite, doing fun activities for the kids.
Swimming pool needs a check check, the water or the mats cause skin irritation.

Eight days enjoyed the weather and hiking in the area. Stay was pretty good. Was cleaned well, but very poorly decorated. A few things were broken, reported, but nothing happened. A major disadvantage was the very smelly ditch that ran along the resort. The square was good, the catering was well organized and the supermarket was very extensive with friendly staff. Furthermore, the resort was well maintained. Had a great time, but it did happen once.
Great holiday park right on the beach, with a large selection of different accommodation. There is also a well-stocked supermarket, 2 restaurants, a bar, games and bowling alley, children's entertainment program and a wave fun pool. Overall, we liked it a lot, only the swimming pool was very old and unfortunately also dirty! There is a star deduction for that. Otherwise tip-top!

We booked a weekend at the beach resort. A 6 person bungalow. House has a sauna and whirlpool and all the trimmings. I did miss a drying rack to hang the wet bathing suits / towels, but that's just a small thing.
Friday and Saturday went to the pool with the children, played and swam.
On Sunday also with the children towards the pool, unfortunately the pool was closed due to "work", otherwise this was not communicated by email or any other way, just like us a lot of other people very disappointed. Children were quite sad about this. Told a story at the reception, who also could not tell what exactly was the reason that the swimming pool is closed? They also did not know whether the swimming pool will open on Monday. The alternative was to another swimming pool nearby, but because a lot of people were allowed to go there, it was already full. The second alternative was a 30 minute drive to Bruinisse, I had been there last year. Small pool and not suitable for people with disabilities, so not a good idea. So they said sorry we can't do anything about it at the moment. Sorry Roompot but that is of no use to me at all! Where do you go with 4 children, and a mother who has difficulty walking and is dependent on a walker? The receptionist also made no proposal to do something in the area.
So I don't find a successful weekend, have put my complaint aside, so the park manager will contact me tomorrow, I am very curious about how my complaint will be handled. To be continued! Very sorry to remember Roompot Beach Resort !!!!
It really depends on which part of the resort you are near to the harbor is the best place is best when you don t have childeren.
Not really a place for tranquility. The (somewhat dated) chalets are close together, you can almost see what is on the table at the neighbors.
On arrival a clumsy story with strange clues where the cottage was, and giving the password for wifi from the public areas and not the cottage. Arrived, the code of the front door of the house did not work, it was repaired within 15min, but a bit of a shame.
Cottage is ok, but no bedding, we did not see it when booking, but maybe our mistake.
The WiFi code is on a kitchen cupboard, usually it is on a card or similar or on the modem.
Restaurant has a cheap all in resort feel, with cold food.
Swimming pool is like pegs in a barrel, again cheap feeling. Many lifeguards, which gives a safe feeling with small kids. Sauna, sunbeds must be paid extra for.
In short, Roompot is one step below landal / centerparcs.
Real setback. Very dirty and that in times when hygiene is super important. I have reported to the reception that the washing-up area and sanitary building are never properly cleaned. Doesn't help at all. The whole street fetches a tub of hot water and does the dishes by the tent. Sinks are full of food scraps and the dripping racks are full of mold. In the showers are old toothbrushes and razors. Not a place for children. The walls and doors are never cleaned and are stained. Mud and leaves float in the pool. Really way down arrow!

I was there for 5 days and in one day the boiler did not do it I reported it had looked their have not done anything I reported it twice did not solve anything there was 4 days a malfunction there burned E5 on the boiler no hot water all day just click button then hot water will come for a few minutes and then there is another malfunction I hope that no longer happens
Cardboard houses, curtains in the bedrooms do not darken. Little storage space. Far too small for 6 people.

A really nice holiday in a beautiful area. Many houses are already renovated. The children's program is extensive and nice. Playgrounds are abundant and the stand is very nice. We have already booked the next stay.
Close to many touristic attractions it has playgrounds, suitable accomodations for every budget or demand.
Beautiful CP. Unfortunately, come in the years. It is always rebuilt and the existing is neglected. The beach could use a little more care and has become a risk for swimmers by the kiters.

Were here before then we had a 4 person chalet that was fine.

Beautiful park, nice bungalow, chalets but very large park.
Midnight stay in very nice and renovated bungalows, completely fine! Ample and everything necessary. Also a very nice area with a beach for walking and cycling. Swimming paradise is not quite recent anymore, but ideal for relaxing with the children: wave pool, outdoor course with Christmas team (very quiet) and a few slides. Very friendly welcome and all kinds of activities, only the chill zone may be more open for the teenagers.

Already for the 4th consecutive year to spend a long weekend, wonderful. Nice place to be ff from the hectic pace of the Randstad. We personally find that it is very noisy at the changing rooms of the pool, and, it may sometimes have a paint turn on both outside and inside
We had a chalet RP4B & it was very small for 4 people. There was a two seater couch and an armchair. The rooms were very unhappy. The children's room in the kitchen & the bathroom in the master bedroom. You couldn't make a lot of noise in the kitchen in the evenings because it woke the children up.
The toilet flushed very loudly & little water came out. Often you had to flush twice or more so that everything was gone. The water jet in the shower was also rather bad. Our daughter has long, thick hair. Washing off the shampoo was impossible, which is why we didn't wash her hair for the entire vacation. In addition, the temperature of the water in the shower cannot be set correctly. It's either too hot or too cold. The water pressure often sinks in, so that from now on it was also freezing cold.
In the bathroom there are 4 hooks that are attached 4 cm apart, opposite on the heater, not on the sink. There is no space for hair dryers, razors or toiletry bags. The small board on the mirror is just enough for 4 cups, toothbrushes and toothpaste. There is only a tiny shelf in the shower.
There is a mirror throughout the chalet, the one in the bathroom. You can just see his face there. You can't shave properly and check your outfit.
The heating runs via a sensor in the living room. If nobody walks past it for 2 hours, the heating stays off! An outrage. We slept at 15 degrees. Our daughter woke up several times and called out that she was cold. I didn't sleep more than 2 hours in an 8-day stay because I then walked through the living room to turn on the heating. Now we are all sick. Our daughter has a cold and a cough. My husband has a severe cough and a runny nose. I myself have a bad cold, bronchitis, otitis media, frontal sinus and sinus infections, my eyes are swollen, tearful and festering.
The bedroom curtains were broken, cobwebs on the edges, hair on the mattresses. The windows have not been cleaned for a long time.
When booking, we indicated that we were coming with a child. There were a lot of cigarette butts in front of the chalet and there were high edges everywhere because the terrace was not properly integrated into the meadow. The meadow had many bare spots and looked unkempt.
A lot of ants got lost in the chalet.
There was a small freezer compartment in the refrigerator, the handle of which had broken off and could only be opened idle.
There are no sharp knives and only a large, badly worn board. There are 2 medium pots but no large one.
There was a lamp in every room. But either an energy-saving lamp was installed there or the wattage was chosen as low as possible. There was hardly any light from the lamps in the evening.
When we arrived on Monday there was a big storm with a lot of heavy rain, lightning and thunder. The next day was the best weather, warm and sunny, without clouds.
We visited 2 playgrounds. On both of them there were huge puddles under almost all devices. The playgrounds were unusable!
Overall, the system is very old. What is to be mended is mended carelessly. The green strips, bushes, meadows and trees could use a little maintenance. I also found the facility not very clean. Like the rest, the accommodations are showing signs of age.
On the trampoline you have to pay 1 euro for 6 minutes. The food in the restaurant is very expensive. The groceries in the supermarket too. The fruits and vegetables were moldy.
I give the park 2 stars because I was satisfied with the service beforehand. You could ask questions via WhatsApp and get an answer quickly. In addition, the private beach is beautiful and not overcrowded. It was nice that the terraces were facing the south and you could sit outside until sunset. But as soon as the sun was gone, it became icy inside and out.
Nice to stay, indoor pool could use a makeover, service is friendly but not very efficient. Regularly wait a long time. But definitely recommend it. Environment is wonderfully relaxing

We were in an older chalet. It is reasonably clean. Only one is broken. Have indicated bigger things at the info, and an employee came very quickly to look for the defective things. The staff themselves are very friendly and helpful. The park is clean and nicely located. Well suited for families.
Nice stop during cycling trip over the Zeelan Bridge & the Neeltje Jans - we were able to charge both the batteries and ourselves ffff - friendly staff!
Swimming pool outside is present but not large and diving is not allowed. It is also a nice park with a football field (stone & small goals) and a nice park. In the summer there are many children.

The rentals are serviceable and well-maintained, and the food isn't bad, though no effort was made to hide that most of it wasn't freshly prepared. Service at the restaurant was a bit slow, though, and I can't recommend the swimming pool, whose floor is incredibly slippery (to a point where I almost left with a concussion).

Er zijn nieuwere compactere huisjes en iets oudere en ruimere huisjes. Wij hadden een iets ruimer dat netjes was opgefrist.
Drank en eet aangelegenheden iets verouderd en misschien wat minder gezellig maar toch nog goed en aangenaam.
Minpunt: laadpaal voor elektrisch laden werkt enkel met een laadkaart die je in het domein niet kan kopen.

Swimming pool is with 1 slide, unfortunately only 1m40 deep. Bungalows in spacious area, mobile homes somewhat crowded and fuller. At reception and shop there is little parking, and the supermarket closes at 6 pm, the swimming pool closes at 7 pm during the week.
It is very well maintained and everything together. The decor was modern and clean. The recreational activities great and fast to the beach. Supermarket and restaurant completely satisfied. Would go there again and again from my point of view recommended
