Lovely family park with something for everyone. From camping pitches to rental chalets, beach houses and bungalows. There is a restaurant, a very well-stocked supermarket and a swimming paradise. The park is also on the beach and wonderfully quiet in the Zeeland landscape.

First time at the campsite. I was positively surprised by the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. Otherwise nice place with a smaller beach. Place was quite full, travel time in mid-August. Negative: Unfortunately, prices in the restaurant and supermarket are no longer known any different. Otherwise always gladly again!
Hello, we were from 22.6.2018 to 6.7.2018 with my family in Roompot Beach Resort. We are here on holiday, because we have recommended this park from friends who also went with us, we had a chalet, this was really nice the park itself was not quite so nice, if you know a Center Park, there were playgrounds everywhere, the sea of course and children's entertainment, which had been a lot of effort, we had cookies together, made tinkers, etc. but somehow something was missing.
The sea with the beautiful sandy beach was really beautiful, with lots of algae and jellyfish there, what we would want is the beach cleaned by the algae, you really have to climb over mountains of smelly algae, that was not the case beautiful.
The dam nearby is worth a visit, but the entrance to the Delta Park Neeltje Jans was not really worth it, especially since we with 4 children 91 entrance fee. Better was the Efteling Park, which is worth a visit, but not cheap, and associated with a long wait at the rides, but that's the case everywhere.
In other words, the holiday was nice, the weather was good and not too hot.

Huge complex, almost a small town. Supermarket, restaurant, snack bar, sanitary facilities available, but everything seems neglected, toilets were cleaned irregularly, flushing stations were dirty. We paid 112 for a 2-day parking space and expected a little more for it. The way and the parking space were drawn incorrectly, so we got lost several times. I would not book there again, much too expensive and unclean. The only nice thing was the location of the place right by the sea ..
Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The location of the park is absolutely great.

The camping is okay. But we think the price-performance ratio does not fit.
Roompot Kamperland is a spacious park with many facilities. The location on the beach is great and places like Middelburg and Goes close by. The cottage (2504) was fine and looked good. Still, there is still something to improve. First, the part around the houses is a bit desolate. Dry soil and some grass do not really give a cheerful appearance. The pool also offers room for improvement. The baby bath was cold, while the staff does appeal to you if you go in another (warmer) bath with your baby. The fact that they already have many comments about the cold
having bath had apparently not helped yet. Other children also came out of the swimming pool with (scrap) wounds. The edge at the wave pool is laid awkwardly and the mats sand like a silly man.
Always nice, inexpensive, cared for, parking at your house, good as a starting point to further explore Zeeland.
Nice clean campsite with nice situated houses. Close to the beach and nature.
Very nice park for families. Kids program all day, clean large playgrounds. Beach can be reached directly on foot.

The campsite is no more what it was, we supported it in the winter with I do not know how many people celebrate Christmas and New Year's Eve but now there is almost no one more it would be in the lead in many places you cannot stand more or expensive paying the whole atmosphere has disappeared.
Vast park. Not as modern as other Roompot parks on the Zeeland coast such as Nieuwvliet-Bad. Beach also not nearly as beautiful as Roompot Duynhille in Ouddorp.

Great motorhome stop, all the necessities plus shop, showers and washing machines. Lovely spot too just off the beach.

Water Village in Kamperland leaves nothing to be desired
Nice neat park, just a pity that it is not wheelchair friendly at all.
The plumbing on the campsite is very poorly maintained, from torn tiles and filthy seal joints to almost no working lighting. And not to mention hygiene. Under the showers, the entire shower cubicle was sprayed under the shampoo, toilet space was peeed and pooped and toilet paper everywhere. And to top it all, the sewer is blocked and the sewage from the sewer drifted over the campsite. Response from reception 0 It was also not normal what people threw in the toilets. Furthermore, there is traffic at the campsite until late at night that does not really run at an appropriate speed. And there is not enough parking. to have indicated above at the park reception we were promised that we would still be contacted how me would compensate our complaint but so far no response or compensation
Resort is very large, there is room for chalets, mobile homes, touring caravan sites, beach houses and camper pitches. Many activities and facilities for every taste. The park is located close to the beach, Middelburg and Goes a 20 minute drive away for more economical shopping because (of course) the park's supermarket is quite pricey. Park is recommended.
Clean, spacious and green on a wide beach. The village is nearby but the supermarket in the park has everything needed.
our second stay in a Roompot. Gite children's entertainment with arts and crafts, children's disco, etc. Climbing was much more modest at the beach resort. In Vlissingen there is the Megakletterhallle for children ... clean area with a lot of rabbits (!) Restaurant is expensive, but you know before.
Nice large park, beautiful surroundings. But chalet very many defects. The shower room smells like sewage. We reported this, but only a note was made of it. Now, since I visited the toilet last night, the toilet continues to flush (which has and has not happened for a few days), which disrupts my night's sleep! Sink keeps filling up but there is no more rinsing now. Unfortunately, everything else is not very clean on arrival at the chalet (cutlery in drawer and pans are dirty, sockets are covered with a layer of dust, as well as in all corners of the rooms, under the bed there is junk that had not been cleaned up!) . Mattress causes neck and back pain. Sofa is very uncomfortable.
Chalets should be better checked and updated.

We had a beach house for 4 people rented with dog. The location on the beach is just great. For 4 people the house would have been too small. Family with kids ok, but with friends by no means. With privacy there is nothing. By the beach in front of the door should be clear that you constantly sand in the house. I thought it was great that each bedroom has its own shower. There are toilets 1. The kitchen utensils could perhaps be renewed, cups with cracks, scissors does not cut at all, the pan has seen better times, the kettle like to go out again without having cooked. The cleaning at change of visitors could be improved a bit. The towel heaters also dust, if a room is not used. The supermarket in the park is, as usually in so parks, significantly overpriced, so we always shopped abroad. We did not use the other services. The luggage service we did not use, but we would next time, as the luggage is very sweaty, despite carts. We had a nice relaxing holiday and would always rent such a bungalow again.
The beach club is very successful and the service quick and friendly. The perfect place to relax.

Nice location, however cafe, restaurant and accommodation we found dated. We found the staff at the reception to be welcoming and friendly.
Beautiful surroundings. A lot of (noise) nuisance from work traffic. Nothing is done with the complaint made with the exception of a standard e-mail (which was also not completed / completed). Not recommended if you like a quiet stay
The chalet we rented was not even cleaned, although we arrived more than an hour after we could already occupy it.

We had reserved 3 cottages for our family (uncles, aunts, everyone grown up). Upon arrival it turned out that we were standing on a closed children's field, which was not visible when booking. 1 house was clearly NOT cleaned, even a still filled toilet bowl. The cleaning lady did solve this, but you just felt laughed at the reception. There was a leakage current in our house, so the bedroom lamp continued to shine all night, but after our previous experience from the reception, we resolved this ourselves by pulling the wires out during the night and reconnecting them in the morning. At one of the houses there was a huge crack at the entrance, which kept blowing through it continuously. No, not as a "draft" but really wind. Will I ever go there again or recommend the park myself? NO.

Toilet upstairs does not pass through well. There is no oven in the house that was described. Outside on the veranda very filthy and not to mention the barn never experienced this. Very dirty fridge is also in the shed. Bathroom sink does not run through. Mold shower curtain. Washing machine does not work. The cupboard in the living room falls apart when opened. Extractor hood is falling apart. A lot of money for a house.
We had a relatively new bungalow. He was very nice. The park itself is like most of this species. Unfortunately, the moats that run through the park are quite stinking. The water did not look really healthy either. There were more than enough mosquitoes even in winter. But what does not work are the beds. Apparently the dogs brought along like to sleep without reference to the mattresses. Accordingly, they were full of dog hair. Disgusting is still expressed in a friendly way. The swimming pool was ok.

Large traffic chaos on arrival. Too few staff for the intake. Cleaning finished one hour late.
Unfortunately, only one of the weeks was really good there. Nice is that there is a lot for children and oh the animation is really good. Unfortunately, only in Dutch, so it is for children who understand no Nl quickly boring and uninteresting. The places are clean and well maintained. You cant complain. Too bad, but very bad, that there is no allocated parking. So it may happen that at the other end of the campsite has to be parked. This is an absolute no go at this price range. Excursion destinations and beach are within striking distance. Security is available but not very useful. In dark corners, for example, it is covered with grass and cars are not parked on the designated squares but on the parking spaces. All in all, too expensive for the offered. The grumpy older Dutch give you then with their unfriendly nature even to understand that you get as German less. Too bad. This can be done better.....
The cottages on the beach are great, even for a short trip in bad weather.

We chose a 4-6 person beachhouse and definitely made the best choice! Located directly on the fine sandy beach overlooking the North Sea. We are experiencing a great, late summer autumn and would love to stay forever ..
We can not understand the negative reviews, our beach house was in a clean, tidy condition and not "worn"! The check-in at the front desk (which is actually not necessary, since you get the code for the beach house by mail in advance) was friendly and fast. We'll be back for sure ...
Already the disappointment that because of the measures you can only swim twice in 14 days. And then also only two hours at a time.
No compensation possible, and the announcement that they cannot change the scheme. Unfortunately swimming in the sea is not an option for me as I cannot tolerate salt water.
If I had known this I would have found a cheap farmers camping site and booked the swimming pools in the area myself.
Very quiet but large campsite with many (free) leisure activities z.b. Swimming pool. Somewhat small beach, but also offers many water attractions. Mobile home with very good facilities, very clean and personal Wi-Fi access.
Great park, lots to do. Nice pool, a bit old, but good temperature a pity that many playground equipment has to be paid.
However, the beds in the mobile home are very bad. Therefore unfortunately two stars.

Too small houses for the money. 4 person cottage with only a couch for 3 people and a few hard chairs. No garden and that for a house specially with a dog. Kitchen is falling apart with misery. Poorly cleaned. Central heating boiler was malfunctioning (too low pressure). All facilities are old and small. No storage in or at the cottage. Never again!!
Beachhouse is great. Offers enough space. Supermarket available. During our stay construction work took place. Must be but a bit annoying when the excavator works directly in front of the window.

If the weather is right, everything is fine. The beach house rented at the typically expensive prices was fine. Here and there it could have been cleaned and checked better (defective bulbs, non-working remote control).
However, the concrete path behind the beach houses is unreasonable! That the path is blown by sand is still okay. But could also be cleared once a day. How else can you get to the beach or from A to B without an accident? But the concrete slabs are partially shifted and crooked. Unreasonable!
The complex itself is a typical holiday park that has gotten a bit old with the usual offers. Very expensive shop. The supermarket in the nearby town is recommended. But as I said at the beginning, when the weather is right you are more tolerant. The park and the beach are allowed for dogs, which was very important to us. Because the beach is shared with kite surfers, which is important to note.
All in all okay. To be recommended with reservations.

There was one spot piece and the other was hanging from the ceiling and many other things that had defects
They will certainly see us there again, we are really disappointed in the stay there
the oldest part of the park needs a freshening up. But all in all, certainly good for its price.
Nice campsite. Beach directly at the campsite about 3-4 minutes walk. We had a great holiday and the kids had fun :)

For less than 100 euros a weekend in a nice small but comfortable house, including access to the somewhat outdated but nice swimming pool. Very good value for money. Also funny, we have not seen a reception. With the code received with the reservation we could go anywhere.
