Very good service although the hotel is very basic. Being so close to Times Sq is a massive plus and the rooms are reasonably priced. Few problems in the room, lights not working for one, were fixed immediately by maintenance. Front of house were very helpful but a little lacking in knowledge of Manhattan.
All in all, basic but good for what we wanted.

Location at the top. 1 min from the crowded time square but the hotel is quiet! We do not have the light of the big panels under our eyes unlike other hotels located on time square.

Hotel with a good location, next to Times Square. The rooms are not very big, but very comfortable. Awesome shower, and very comfortable bed. Pool, sauna and gym. Recommendable. The receptionists very friendly.

Super price-performance ratio. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Free WiFi (not common in every hotel in the US). No deposit. The best thing is the direct proximity to Times Square. Perfect

Generally good. We had a couple of problems and they were crazy and we got long, one of them is that my pajamas disappeared and they threw me, because he decided the cleaning, a box of shoes that I just bought. For everything else, it is very well located and breakfast is fine. The truth is that the workers do not know how to respond to these problems.
This was a fantastic experience. The hotel is centrally located in midtown. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was so kind. I love the pool and bar area! Great shower! The bed was possibly the most comfortable I ve ever slept in. I couldn t get out of bed in the morning, it was too comfy! 10/10 strongly recommend
Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is very balanced and good quality, costs $ 13. Room decor is good and quality ok. The location is wonderful, right on Times Square. All in all, ok for the price.

Room was on the small side but you can say that for most of NYC. Was extremely convenient to my business travels and everyone was very friendly.
Service was exceptional. Pool was neat, good for colder weather specially being inside. Bar was awesome with a pretty cool happy hour. Room was clean and smelled awesome. Staff was friendly and very attentive to all of your needs. Bag check was very useful specially when the room isn't ready yet. Allows for you to explore and then come back and rest. Overall great hotel with an equally great location!
Location, location and location. Time Square almost at door step. Short walking distance 42th Subway Station. Clean room and friendly staff. One of the best place to stay in Time Square.
Stayed here for three nights on the 14th floor. Great hotel!! Amazing location (literally one block from the Times Square). I pretty much walked around all the places I needed. The bed was comfy and the rooms seem bigger than standard New York sizes. The shower stall was huge!!! You probably could fit like three people in there and it will still be fine.
The only downsize will probably be not so great sound proofing. I can hear the neighbour open and close their door every time so if you have a busy neighbour then it can get quite annoying. Good thing is the rooms are set in such a way you only have one neighbour.
Would definitely recommend if you wish to stay in the central part of New York!

Perfect location, turn down the street and be in Times Square ... clean, helpful staff, they have pool and bar. We did not try breakfast, but it does. The hotel staff speaks Spanish (for those who do not speak English). Well isolated acoustically (very important in such a central area)

This place is fantastic. The location is great for being right in the midst of all the fun of Time's Square and it is a close walk to Central Park, Whole Foods, lots of great restaurants, etc. Considering how reasonable the prices are at Room Mate Grace, we were very pleasantly surprised by how clean our room was and how kind and helpful the staff were. We will certainly be coming back to this hotel next time we are in NYC! (Also, the pool and sauna are a nice touch)

Excellent location if you want to be in the heart of Manhattan. The service was good and the room was fine. The biggest issue for me was that people could see into the bathroom from outside. There is a pub next door and people eating on the roof could look directly into my shower! There were no curtains or anything... So they lose major points for that.

A very good deal. In Spanish a spectacular manager who solved all the doubts about the march and helped us to be as comfortable as possible. And the location is unbeatable, the pool is very cool with its bar and complimentary towels for all guests. The rooms always clean is the 2nd time we go and we love it.
The ideal location. Very original room and modern design ... but really too dark (especially a rainy day!) Breakfast very correct and friendly service ... Nevertheless it is quite expensive.

I went here for a private party at the pool. The pool was FULL of chlorine, and it bleached my bathing suit. It stung my eyes, face and private. The whole group regretted this experience, and there is only one female bathroom. The hotel does not clean their pool, they just put more chlorine in it. After 15 minutes of swimming, everyone started complaining that they were burning. You couldn't even go underwater.

The best hotel to see NYC without a doubt. Excellent treatment and always have a Spanish speaking person in case English is not your strong point. The great rooms and the pool for when you get busted to walk is greatly appreciated. 100% recommendable.
Very good location, price / performance is ok. Room not too big for a huge bathroom with a nice shower. In the evening you can watch the swimmers at the bar on the ground floor and enjoy good cocktails.
The perfect hotel! Rooms are renovated. Service is great. Bar in the back with an indoor pool that also has a bar.
