Very disorganized the hotel, on reservation had parking available but at check-in had no availability of parking by the hotel claiming everything crowded. Still in the reservation I asked for two nearby rooms on the same floor and they placed it on a floor far from each other. Bad organization
Simple hotel in renovated building. But very good the cost benefit. It has everything you need to spend a night. But because I'm boring for clean sheets and pillowcases, I thought they might be in better shape. I found it crumpled up and used to look like ... But I think it was just printing ...

Anyone staying at this hotel will only have a headache, the buses are left with motorists leaving us neighbors and we sleepless nights, lots of noise, fights, drinks and lots of drugs in front of the hotel. Only I went through fear, headache. I wonder the neighbors all day listening and seeing these shacks. Poor service, bad food, dirty rooms. I'm not boring, most would not recommend this hotel at all.

I liked the hotel. The air conditioner was defective in the cold, but I did not have to use it again in my stay. The breakfast is well prepared and reasonably diverse, but the replenishment needs to be quicker. The staff are attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the pharmacy and supermarket.
The rooms are small but comfortable, the bathroom is quite spacious. The breakfast is quite full with several varieties. If you arrive before check in time and wish to use the room you must pay half a day.

During my stay in room 106 the maid entered the room while I was there and had just gotten out of the bath, there is a device that shows when the guest is in the room and can not enter unless there are emergency situations. It happened on Friday the 23/11/18, I complained at the front desk thinking it would be resolved but it was not.
Next day leaves at 9am I spent the day out upon returning at 8pm the room had not been made up, the room they charged me including cleaning was not made! I asked to speak to the manager Jair and he was not in, I asked Carlos that front desk that night to verify the previous complaint and it had not been booked! In other words, an employee enters the room without permission to get out of the bath and this for them is not serious to register and warn the employee!
I spent the week there and did not see the manager's face.
Looks the 2 stars are only by the premises which at least looks like new room and by the location but I had problems that were not solved, the breakfast is always the same does not change the menu, to make it worth what I paid it has to improve and very.

I have nothing to complain about the hotel! I thought it was very good and I would stay again. The boys at the reception were very friendly and attentive to us and the cleaning girls too !! On the first day the air conditioning in our room was not working, and we were promptly moved to another room, which was even better ... brighter and with air working perfectly!

It is noisy to all sides, both the apartments and the street, in my case I went to rest it I was very disturbed. Another thing that I only noticed already being there is that it is an executive hotel, many businessmen on the job and few even on vacation (take into account that I went in August, theoretically it is not a vacation, maybe that is why I had this finding ). If I had chosen the hotel already being here I would choose the Ibis styles, plus my face and it seems to be more touristy. One point in favor of the roochelle outside the service is the location, it has everything close by, theater, shopping, market, lottery, stop where the tour bus passes (super recommend this bus).

I do not say nor host, because I did not even enter the room of this hotel.
I made the reservation by booking, and on the same day I called to ask about the cot, as I have a 6 month old son. On the phone, the attendant said that they had, and that it would not be necessary to book, because you never missed it, if you miss it you will be very lucky , I still heard that!
I arrived at the hotel at night, made the request, the receptionist told me that I should have made the reservation for the crib . I explained that he had already called, he even tried to put the crib for us, but by the time there was no one to assemble, or something like that. I said that a mattress on the floor would be enough. The receptionist even tried to solve our problem. The manager didn't care at all.
The hotel did not have an extra mattress. That was when the receptionist said that the second room we had booked (1 double and 1 single), had 2 single beds. He checked the possibility of a mattress going to the other room. The management denied the request, said that we would have to keep the rooms as they were, and that they could do nothing that night.
We took our bags and left. I would not stay there anymore.

Reasonable hotel, I believe it underwent a renovation, clean bathrooms but with a note if they are old, good breakfast, during this pandemic phase the meal and delivered to the table. The daily value is quite fair. The hotel is in the center where we have the Parque do Passeio, which is very worth the visit.
Old hotel, however refurbished. I installed and good bathroom, breakfast without much variety, but everything within normal. Located in the center, which in the night part becomes a little dangerous to walk on.
Great location and restaurant. However, some problems happened, like the key of the electronic door, that did not work properly in the first day and hydraulic problems (of chance). The hotel also asks for advance payment (even buying through the booking) and no portion. The staff are super helpful and efficient, which partly compensates for the shortcomings of the property. The hotel is comfortable, and great value for money, as it is well located. The structure seems to be very old, bathrooms with bidets and baths, something unusual today. The breakfast is very good, plenty of options. What really bothered me was a rather strong smell in the room, of moldy carpet. Overall it's worth it.
