Cleanliness, service, show ball breakfast. Now the internet is very bad for years now they have this problem and they don't solve it.

Great service. I organized an on-site event and had all the support. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, very good service and location.
Cleanliness and the rooms have a TV with Net channels, and a camera for your XV de Curitiba.
Air conditioning is not the most powerful, but it is enough.

The hotel is great in TD, just could not take a shower because the towels were not changed from the previous guest, they were folded, but dirty

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible service at reception. Dirty room even with cockroach in the room. It has no cover, I spent cold at night. I've stayed more than 3 times, and on the 3rd time the last time I was charged more than 70.00 for letting in 3 hours before in the room, just ridiculous, they lost 1 customer! I stay in a hotel in Brazil all around, almost every weekend and they NEVER charged me for this value, which is a reciprocity with a customer considering that the room is vacant.

The morning shift clerk is my humor, there are two parking lots in the hotel, one inside and one outside, I arrived when there were few guests and that clerk told me there was no parking inside the hotel, lousy!

Very central hotel in Curitiba. Bad air conditioning, don't heat up in cold weather. Very old bathroom. Bedding and towels already in need of change. Breakfast good. Not enough to be a good cost benefit for the lack of update.

Hotel very centralized, cleanliness ok, but they talk a lot about cost containment, it is a little to be desired for that. They don't put glasses in the rooms, they don't change bed linen, they take too long to answer requests.

Great Location! Great service and value for money. Breakfast well served and the restaurant serves self service lunch with plenty of choice of dishes and fair price. The rooms are large, clean and modern. The only however, still have carpet, at least in the room I stayed. Highly recommend!

Parking is paid, not covered and far from the hotel. The restaurant does not work at night and the breakfast quality dropped off. At night you have to order snacks in the room or go to some restaurant outside.

We were very well received by the employees. The Hotel is comfortable, clean, well located (downtown Curitiba). Respects pandemic control rules. Breakfast was a little affected by the pandemic (few options).

Room ok, good shower, average breakfast, internet OK. Parking is next block. Good location and very courteous staff.

The hotel gym, biggest factor of having chosen the hotel, is very bad, it is scared to crash.
There is no shower next to the toilet.
There is no iron.
Coffee is weak, little diversity.
The TV control did not work on the first day and could not even switch to another.

Check in at night on 07/20/2018 at 11:45 pm slow, great room airy clean airy, great bed, great room safety, breakfast with poor service, only one girl replenishing the buffet and picking up the dirty tables, 9:00 am almost empty buffet with no tables to sit in, all dirty, coffee machine very slow and not up to demand, queue to serve coffee, at the buffet the delicious and sought after coffee cakes from Breakfast was jammed, I found a mini old french bread, parking charged the part and away from the hotel, attention and attention from the receptionist on the morning of 07/21/2018, to our excellent departure, the checkout effected with speed and friendliness.

It has been renovated but still has some problems. The conservation of the room I stayed in was not 100%. It even had mold / moss in the bathroom boxing. The hotel has few facilities, without being relatively spartan. The breakfast was good, but there was a lot of delay in replacing missing items. The cleaning overall was good. There was no safe in the room and the TV was very small. The service was courteous.

The hotel is located in the center of Curitiba.

Excellent breakfast, however we were disappointed with the accomodations I already see worn out by the use. The photos posted on the booking do not portray the reality so well. Our room in particular (301) was musty and the air conditioning dripping water on the carpet, which consequently smelled bad. Because of that there were flies in the room. We spent the night because of the advanced schedule. The other day we changed hotels. We even tried changing rooms, but it was not possible.

The location is good, facilities are good too. Parking is charged, R $ 50.00 per day for an SUV, weak breakfast. I would deserve 4 stars, but I will give 3 for the abusive charge for parking, after I paid 2 nights and left the city, they called me asking until when I would stay at the hotel; reservation was made for 2 days, entering Friday afternoon and leaving Sunday noon.
