It is a simple, honest and fair hotel. Well located, the staff is great.

The room the cleaning ok but the breakfast a disgrace even the cold ones like the ham, cheese was cut in half and everything is the fault of the covid a misery never seen if it continues like this I don't recommend it to anyone.

Place well located in the center near the points of visitation then to the min and very good place

Facilities good, but lacking in process, parking far from hotel, on rainy days it is impossible to get to the car, bed and breakfast are excellent, bathroom medium with old instructions.

Good hotel, but it leaves a craving for the garage ... Too complicated to park outside and it's almost 100m from the hotel.

Very good, just left to wish the parking which in addition to small is expensive.

Old but well maintained facilities, spacious room and comfortable bed. The service is a bit slow, but good. The breakfast is simple, nothing too much. It's a hotel to stay for a night or two on business, it's not to stay on vacation. The location is good, right in the center close to everything, with lots of shopping around.

The breakfast was wonderful, enjoyed the taste and its variety. The shower in this hotel, our ... difficult was to end the bath (conscious consumption, always).

The hotel is beautiful, with an organized entrance and a spacious room, but the bathroom was full of slime (sludge) around the drain, the joints were black, the total lack of heavy cleaning.

I recommend the hotel! Good location and caters very well to its customers. Professionals are polite and willing to help. As for the rooms, prefer the "luxury", it is worth the small extra (depending on the season).
The only problem I had was with the internet, which by requiring login to each room, was not always working. But the employees were always available to help.

Good service, great room, great breakfast. Lacks in the distance / quality of the parking which still generates an additional cost for those who use it.

Good facilities, good breakfast. Being located downtown, the noise of cars bothers a bit. I found the bed too soft because it was not bagged.

Friendly staff but it is difficult to serve well with the low quality of the structure of the place.
- Practically has no parking, 10 parking spaces in the building and a parking space for 10 or 15 more, unattended and one block away (great on rainy days). You have to call the reception and wait until someone can accompany you, either to enter or leave this auxiliary parking. Ah detail, you pay R $ 20 / day for all this convenience ....
- Room relatively large but only has lamps next to the door and a lamp near the bed. That is, if you need to type or write in bed you will do so in the dark.
- Lousy restaurant, send bean soup instead of beans for two days in a row, then tell them you don't have beans. Breakfast satisfies.
- Internet just doesn't work, sucks. I am now using 3G to be able to comment.
