Worst experience of my life, the employees are not available to answer questions and they do not know their products. Also once I went there to buy 2x4s and they didn't have any! A Rona that has no 2x4 ... it is good that one. From now on I try to avoid this Rona as much as possible.

I had an excellent service from Lysane. Following a purchase from rona Boucherville, I phoned to have a surplus piece that I wanted to buy and which was not available at rona. Lysane did a follow up "search on the internet" she reminded me the next day to give me an address where I could get it. This may seem normal But nowadays Not all merchants have good customer service. Bravo!

I purchased a product online two weeks ago. My credit card was charged the same day, although the product was not shipped. First, I find this practice more than questionable.

Obviously, when I ordered the item, it was listed as "available", of course. However, four days later I received an email stating that my order had been canceled due to out of stock. Strange to say the least ...

Since then, I have tried in vain to be reimbursed. Following the sending of an email to recover my due, that is to say the amount collected illegally, I received a response after almost 10 days. I was told in this message that "The refund can generally take 2 to 7 working days" and that consequently "it (the order) could not therefore be ordered". The deadline of 7 working days had already passed.

I am still awaiting my refund and I consider this to be a serious ethical problem.

It's exactly what I expect from a Rona store. The greeter was simply delightful though! Superb lady with a great positive attitude. Sadly they had very little halloween inventory and only 1 bbq for charcoal which was over 1k.

Knowledgeable & helpful staff. Needed ethernet cable and made the best choice. Went to another department to get a ?... shovel stick with a mini snow blower at the end of it thingy? The guy knew everything about them. Great place to go if you don't want to Google everything you're interested in.

I went to the garden and there I just wanted to have someone to load 2 60-liter pockets of potting soil in my vehicle I ask the young man who put them on my cart he says no time but that the cashier is going to send for a nobody not to worry about me. after 10 min I see the same boy pass and I finally cry it is you who will end up helping me by laughing but he says no that soon someone will arrive. then I am still waiting. everything this time there young girl at the cashier who has to call sees me waiting but does not call back so far. then I get angry and with pain and misery tries to put the first and succeeds but the second not capable. nice retired gentleman and his wife who passed by who help me. With my swollen fingers and my sick back a chance that there are good Samaritans. And all this time I had put $ 5 of tip in my pocket to give to the person who would have helped me.
