The owners and staff are wonderful! I've never encountered an employee who was having a an off day. Or if they were, they certainly did not show it! 9 times out of 10 the knowledgable staff will take the time to be my personal shopper and shows me around to everything on my materials list. Donna has also been incredibly generous in offering our non-profit rabbit rescue Rabbitats substantial discounts on our supplies. This tells me that not only do they have happy staff members, but they also care about their community and Animal Welfare. Please give them your business, they will prove to you that you made the right choice.
They don't have a large inventory but the service is better than you will ever get at a big box store.
Just had the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a building supply store. I needed to buy 50 fence posts and wanted to have them reasonably straight and in good shape. On viewing their pile I noted that they had been picked through and only about a third of the remaining (11 posts) would be useful to me. I did note though, that they had a couple of unopened bundles. The cashier inside told me that the staff would be happy to open a bundle and make sure I got 50 good posts and I paid him. When I went back out and asked the yard staff to help me I was told I had to take what was there and they would not open a new bundle unless I took the crooked ones too. Apparently I was talking to a owner to tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with them (I have a farm and a side business of pounding posts and I would never put one of these in a client's fence). Overall very rude and I left without my posts. Also these guys are not properly observing covid- 19 protocols. A young staff member walked in front of me within 18" of me and keypads do not appear to be wiped etc. I buy a lot of building material but never again from them.

Went this morning to go a few cattle panels, to make a trellis, the young lady at the counter new exactly what I was looking for and showed me. Went back in to pay, and I asked if I could get them delivered since I didn't have a big enough vehicle, they were 16 feet long, she said no problem they can deliver today, yee haw, happy....delivery showed up about 2 hours later, and the wonderful lady who brought them to me was absolutely awesome. I will definitely go back there.....wonderful knowledgeable kind people.....

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable, almost too helpful. Had just what I was looking for, even though I didn't know it even existed. I was planning to make a shelf and they had exactly what worked.
