I had a special motor that wasn't getting power and I asked James Electric to take a look. They took a look and within hours of me dropping it off called in a quote to rewind the electrical field that had a short. I approved it and my project was completed in 6 days. One week after I dropped it off I was in the shop watching them test in in my application. The staff ensured that it was working and I was ready to roll. In these times the staff were masked and sanitized and we had appropriate space during the testing. The crew was friendly and interested. In my opinion they went above and beyond to help me out. I couldn't be happier with the service.

I've known James Electric for years through 3rd parties but never dealt with them directly. I went in today for a (big problem of mine) - finding the right size of an o'ring for my hot tub. Now, I'm no expert, so I did my best... measured the inner diameter with calipers, the thickness etc, and came in armed with my caliper in hand. The staff went above and beyond to help me. Brought out samples for me to measure, went back and forth... the whole 9 yards. Unbelievable level of service!

I recently dealt with the service folks at James Electic as they were the authorized warranty rep on a new motor I purchased, but was not happy with. Although I didn't purchase the motor from James Electric, the folks I recall dealing with in service (Amy, Stephanie, Chris) were great. They were fair and patient, and the replacement unit I ended up getting was much better than the original unit I got, and it is running much better.
