Born liars and cheats, wasted so much time, energy and money to get nowhere, wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I have been booked into the Roland House for a two week stay for work. Since being here I have had the staff attempt to enter my room on two separate occasions while I was there, they attempted this without any warning. No phone call, no knock. They simply used a key to open my door. Each time they claim it was just a mistake and apologize but I feel this invasive behavior is unacceptable and they need to take many more precautions before entering a residence.

This hotel is full of escorts working. All day making noisy, clients arriving and leaving all the time. Stay away if you are looking for a peaceful place.

Nice location and lovely flats. Andreea was very helpful during check in.

I stayed here for 6 to 7 weeks this Sep/Oct 2017 and I think its a really great place to live or stay whilst in central/west London. Its not cheap but then neither is London and this area is one of the smartest parts of the city. Its that perfect mix of being in London but not too central.
The rooms themselves are nice, I felt very much at home in Roland House. Some rooms are undergoing refurbishment so not all the rooms will be to the same spec.
Then there's the spa and gym which although small (gym) actually has everything one needs. I spent lots of time in that big Jacuzzi and in the steam room.
~Last but defiantly not least are the staff and manager (Amy) of the building. My personal experience was 100% positive and they could not have been kinder or more helpful. I will stay there again and I'd willingly recommend Roland House to anyone that wants to Iive in that part of London (and is not on a tight budget).

Just okay, They are happy to supply towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils and cooking facilities but FYI you ll need to bring your own dish soap, your own cloths and tea towels. None of these are supplied nor are garbage bags. Area is nice, convenience store located 5 mins walk away. Sorry but I probably wouldn t recommend this place.

2. Will hold your deposit until you agree that they make unfair deductions. They will make up damages to pretend like they are compromising with you. I finally got my deposit back after 6 weeks of moving out.

3. They purposely advertise low prices so that when you contact them they tell you that place is gone but we have this instead .

Avoid this place for short and long term stays.

I've been here for more than 3 years as my London base and I travel a lot around the world. I've found the staff very friendly and I love that they have a 24 hour reception. No request has ever been too much trouble. The apartments are extremely well located - near 2 major tube stations, with 2 bus lines straight outside. My flat has a lovely view of the area and the all-inclusive price means I have no surprises. The best thing is FAST internet! 100MB up and down. The gym on-site in the basement is also a plus. For short or long term rental, I can highly recommend Roland House.

It wasn t clean .. the drawers were shaking , all the furniture was old .. and there were no good hospitality .. bad experience , l would never come back again

Thank you for looking after me and my family over the last month ... We had a very good stay and the best of all an exceptional host who made us feel home. Had a nicely decorated Two bedroom apartment very clean with all what you need for a short stay.

The apartment is located within a short walking distance to Waitrose, the train station very well connected, We loved taking our kids to park which is round the corner as well.

Very fine area. Great management team and good facilitate.

My wife and I chose to stay at Roland House for month and a half. Our stay proved very pleasant, in no small part due to Roland House and its staff. I am moved to offer positive feedback on our room, the amenities, and the staff.

First, our room was excellent! The view was magnificent. We were here in winter and found the heating system made the room nice toasty in cold winter London very quickly. Everything was clean and the room is very well planned, with a very efficient use of space. We cooked at home almost everyday and the kitchen proved more than sufficient. The shower pressure is good, and the hot water was always present and reliable. Our room was very quickly felt like a cosy home, and we miss it.

We got to appreciate Roland House for its benefits as well. Aside from the great location (safe South Kensington! with so many great restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries a short walk away), we enjoyed a very complete set of amenities. Their gym was clean and perfect for our needs, and generally we had it to ourselves. The free laundry room always had machines available when we needed to run a load of clothes. The spa room also seems quite new. We really felt like we had our own gym, laundry, and service staff.

My greatest compliments are offered to the staff, who were kind and professional. We had fresh linens delivered to us weekly, and reception helped us with all of our queries very promptly. They even set up the sofa-bed for us when we had guests over for Thanksgiving weekend. Due to the courteousness and service of the staff of Roland House, we felt very welcomed in staying with them.

A special shoutout to Ms Gilbert, who is a great asset to Roland House. She used her years of experience in hospitality management to help us deal with some issues we had while in London. Thanks to her firm hand and direction, we were able to sort through the problem.

Truly, we loved our room, the hotel, and the people who made us feel at home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Good hotel with rooms that have a small kitchen located in a very quiet area of London. Very friendly staff

The apartment was in good general condition and good located
There were no washing utensils in the kitchen.
I did not have a cleaning service.
The shower did not work.
The ceiling fan did not work.
the elevator was dirty and it was not cleaned in 10 days we were staying.
They did not take out the garbage.
Very bad concierge attention, except for two of the 5 people we met.
Price comfort ratio ... very expensive,

Shittiest place I've been to, don't believe the pictures they've posted on the website. They've got rusting tea kettles, crappy rooms that are extremely small. I had booked this place for a month and the moment I walked in, the rooms are similar to that of 2 star hotels. Instead of staying there for a month I stayed there for a night and left. I highly discourage you from going to this place.
