This law Firm is hard working and considerate. Cassandra assisted me with my property damage and was clear on the procedures.

They took very good care of me and communicated timely. Every step of the process was explained and they made sure my settlement was beyond fair.

I got introduced to this law firm after my accident. They go above and beyond to serve their clients the most. My case manager, Cassandra, is the best. She helped me negotiate with my insurance company for the price of my totaled car which she didn t have to do that at all. Also she follows up in every step of the way to make sure everything is clear for me. I highly recommend their services.

P.S. I m in the middle of my case and I ll report again after my case is closed. I think I ll be very impressed at the end.

Care less about the client very bad customer service long time to answer one question

I think people are getting paid to write good reviews or something. It s been over a year and a half and I still barely know anything about what s going on I ve had 3 different people handle my case idk why they just keep tossing my case to the next person. I don t call and bug them I let the do their job but when I do call they tell me they don t know anything yet. Very unprofessional I can never get ahold of the person that s over my case. Honestly eberstein & witherite are much much better they call and check on you, make sure therapy s going good ask if you need groceries, Uber, they actually care! I love it & my lady who s over my case always keeps me up to date it s been 5 months since I hired Eberstein & Witherite & they re ahead of MAS by a year. How s that possible? & this new wreck was 2x as bad ...

I had a very intricate medical case that MAS helped resolve to the greatest satisfaction. They are very attentive and had a genuine interest in my family's struggle. I highly recommend them!

Unprofessional is the clearest way I can describe MAS law firm. Not only did I have to send multiple emails (my phone was cut off due to the fact I lost my job the day after my accident) calls and drive (3 hour wait) up to their office to get a hold of them just to get information on my case. I only ever saw my lawyer once and when we spoke he had limited knowledge of my case and was dismissive of my pain. This firm made me suffer more than my accident did. Please rule out all your options before signing anything!

I rated this firm as a 1 star firm because there was no lower rating available! Imagine a firm who receives your case as a referral from another attorney, takes more money than their clients when a case settles, creates unauthorized/undisclosed fees and NEVER RETURNS THEIR CLIENT'S PHONE CALLS; this is what you get with this group. These people have no concern for the pain and suffering of their clients and what they may be going through during their time of trauma. Their only concern appears to be getting the lion's share of their client's settlement for themselves! Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys like the plague!!!

They are the worst at returning phone calls. I finally demanded tovspeak with someone and got Sharice on the phone who was rude and obnoxious and had attitude with me for holding her accountable to do her job, it only takes 5 min to return a call and they cant do that. On a positive note the attorney has been wonderful he been good returned my call before his assistant

I absolutely recommend MAS Law Firm! Ashkan has been wonderful to work with. He communicates very clearly, he keeps me in the loop with everything. I feel like I am in good hands. Also, he's hilarious.

So far I have waited 4 and 1/2 years for them to get me my money from a wreck. I have been thru 3 different lawyers at the firm and have never gotten a straight answer about what is going on with my settlement. Have been told it would be a month or two until I got my check and that was about 9 months ago. They won't return my calls, get voicemail every time I try and call them. I am more than unhappy with how I am being treated. It should not take almost 5 yrs for them to take care of a customer like me . When I don't have barely any medical or anything in my case. Was told mine is very simple. Yet nobody at the lawfirm knows anything or is willing to help me. I very much need that money

I ve had MAS law firm represent me on more than one case and they got me what I deserved and more. They ve helped me with my business questions as well! I always get a call back when leaving messages and they re always so courteous.

Update: I wanted to write another review because MAS just finished up another case I have against a merchant services company for my business credit card machine. I sold my business and when I wanted to break my contract, I found out that they were charging me double what they were supposed to! Not only did they not want to give me back my money, they wanted me to pay an additional amount to break my contract with them! I called MAS again (they re on speed dial ) and they were able to take care of it completely with no additional payment on my end! Thanks again guys! You re the best!

ZERO STAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. They will NEVER answer any calls no update on my case since OCT 2018 and this is now a new year. Please save yourself the misery with this law firm. My case was passed here from Eberstein and Witherite and i truly regret giving both law firms permission to take my case. I would've had a better chance doing it alone. If you come here you will always be left in the dark about your own case. I've called left voicemails, had the old law firm reach out and still nothing its very sad to not support your clients and still get paid. SMH SCAMMER !

One of the worst law firms I ve ever dealt with. Took two years and never got anything accomplished. Received a letter out of the blue that my case was being dropped. They wasted my time and I would not recommend them to anyone. Stay away, they are non professional and never return calls.

At this point I m wondering if this is a scam. No way possible a professional law firm is treating there clients the way they are. There lack of communication is horrible, they have had my case for almost a year and the other party has already admitted to fault and constantly being told there negotiating. Not to mention I have been tossed from 4 different reps to the supposed office manager Omar who also lacks communication as well unless I call him oh and that s only after the rude receptionist answers who know nothing screens the call for him to say he is on another call allllll day. I have asked for the manager only to have Omar miraculously become available and call me only to give false promises. I would not recommend them to anyone horrible service and communication. At this point I feel like legal action should be taken against them!!!

They are the worst. Unorganized. Shuffling clients in like cattle just to take your money. Don't think because they speak Arabic, Persian and Spanish that this will help your case. Fact is, they speak English always. They will rush you through your meetings like cattle especially if you have already signed a contract with them for their services and have paid them.

The attorney I started out with during the year and a half I was with MAS law firm changed 5 times. Initially I met the first attorney only to have future meetings set up with his paralegal. I never again saw the first attorney. After that I was introduced to another attorney only to have her pass my files to a paralegal.

Finally in the end I was with another attorney. She spoke quickly and didn't rehearse possible questions for my USCIS interview. She showed up late for my USCIS interview. Normally in the MAS office she wore business suits & heels but during my appointment at USCIS she showed up in multicolored cotton tights, blouse, wore flats and not a stitch of makeup. She looked like a paralegal.

Initially she told me she had contacts at the USCIS office. Let me tell you, that makes no difference whatsoever. She didn't even know the officer who was conducting my interview. The fact that she spoke fluent Arabic didn't even come in handy. I asked her to translate a few of the legal words I was being asked about but she wasn't able to because she didn't know the translation. This attorney's name was Rhiannon Kelso.

Find an immigration lawyer in Dallas versus Richardson. The owner of MAS is a smooth talker. He uses his charisma to reel in clients. He's in it for the money and the fancy parties he throws around town. He's not in it to truly help clients. He and his employees are snakes.
