Community Safety Glasgow Review

Truly awful support from the condesending and derogatory John Dickson. We were essentially accused of wasting time and exaggerating our complaint, despite little to no effort going into actually investigating the problems we were having with our neighbour and noise pollution. The case was closed without our approval and we have now given up and are forced to look for somewhere else to live.

Please be aware that this ALLEGED charity body take complaints personally,will be very resistant & possibly ignore & block you on social media if you critique them or try to log a valid complaint, there front line enforcement officers are More

Pestering working class folk and turning a blind eye on all the junk and
bulk garbage on the streets. What a joke!

Just popped in to use the cafe was really good the only down side is they were limited to what they can serve like no chips

I have neighbours from the local Govanhill Roma gypsy community who keep throwing rubbish and litter in the close landing and i have complained many times to the council and ''correct'' authorities but nothing gets done about it . its on going for over a year and have rats in our homes due to negligence by Glasgow city council and Govanhill housing

The main concern of John Dickson and his team are to get your case off his books. Total waste of a pay cheque IMO. Council resources should be channeled into people who can make a difference!

WHY BOTHER ????
Extremely shocked that having been referred to Community Safety Glasgow by Police Scotland (Shettleston Road Police couldn't be bothered either) your response was "sorry we are not covered by legislation to take any action, bye".
So, no action on late night (midnight-ish) argueing, late night music, late night washing maching, late night parties, late night door banging, etc etc for almost 4 months now. I think most people at one time or another have suffered at the hand's of anti social tenants or at least know someone who has and it is not nice, we lose sleep, which effect us at work, we are always on edge wondering if it will be a quiet night or not, and worst of all we get unbelievably angry with the non-action/non-help from the authorities. The Management at both Police Scotland and this Council/Police funded Agency (supposedly a registered charity, but then again so was Kid's Company !!!) must look into their own neglect/poor response towards this ever growing issue of anti social neighbours.

N.B I was told not to waste my time contacting this Community Safety Glasgow "as they are a useless bunch of ********" by one of my other neighbours after the Police failed to attend, and they were 100% correct.

I worked with the Routes Out Service at Community Safety Glasgow for over a year. I worked very closely with Ashleigh who was professional, compassionate and very knowledgeable in her field. She helped me to see myself in a better light, gave me confidence to address issues I had long thought were going to hang over me and my family forever. I could speak to her about anything which was something I had never felt before. Due to my experiences with Routes Out I would not hesitate to contact Community Safety Glasgow's other services with any issues that I might have.

Realy nice cups of coffee and realy friendly staff with good food from the cafeteria

Absolutely useless, had nothing but antisocial abuse from junky neighbours for over a YEAR. Ellain morris is a waste of a wage. My neighbour has had 4 warnings in just under a year. Between shettleston housing association and glasgow city council doing nothing to prevent the problem. You get 3 warning before they will take action but a warning only lasts 3 months so if you attack your neighbours door with a hatchet when kids are In the house you can do it again just after 3 months and nothing will happen to you

Staffed by the most arrogant, lazy, power crazy, incompetent, harassing individuals in this city, especially John Dickson who is the most biased arrogant, lazy one of them all...TRUST NOBODY FROM THIS WHITE ELEPHANT.

Great place very good atmosphere community warden very unprofessional looking
