I purchase a car on October the 26th 2019 it was a 2019Jeep Cherokee I had the car for three long weeks I kelp getting calls and text for them asking me to bring back the car because it not mind this car lot is joke I even talk to a law enforcement and they told me they got other call like mlnd doing other people like me they is not the place to purchase a car from!!!!

I took my Hummer H3T to Eddys Cadillac when it started running rough and technician Mike fixed the problem and service advisor Brian was prompt in calling me with the problem and price. They fixed it that day and it is running fine again. Thanks for the great service!!
Had my Jeep for a year now and I'm very impressed with their service. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to answer all our questions. They also send us a video explaining the condition of the car and what they did. And they also wash and vacuum the car! I appreciate their good work.
Less expensive than I thought it would be. I couldn t get the oil drain plug out and they had a hard time after I brought it in. Oil and drain plug was changed. I also like the video walkthrough.

This dealership has more than earned a zero star and I would like to warn anyone looking for a vehicle, especially online, DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!! I have been passed off from 1 sales assistant (Mina) to 1 salesman (Adam) and to not 1 but 3 sales managers (Nick, Noah and Chris). I am a nurse and have limited time so I decided to try looking online, big mistake with this dealership. The 1st person assured me the price on the vehicle I chose was negotiable. After they ran my credit (a hard hit) the salesman said, 5 times, the vehicle was "priced aggressively" and the $ was not negotiable (and he mentioned that he had 2 appointments later in the day for the SUV I wanted, I guess to add some pressure). The next day his manager sent me a text to say he wanted to secure a deal with me so we agreed on a price, I sent my info and he said the finance dept would contact me (this was Friday at 1pm). I never heard from their finance dept so after multiple texts and calls to the salesman and sales manager on MONDAY I finally got the salesman on the phone at 3pm who rudely informed me the car had been sold. I am extremely upset because I am now out several points on my credit score. I have been passed around to 2 other sales managers that "want to make it right". I will not do business with these lying, deceitful scam artists and neither should you. And to the dealership, please do not reply with your lame "Sorry", it would just be insulting because I know it is fake.
