They will work you as a temp as long as they can and will work you like a dog and still not hire you in even if you have perfect attendance. Not a good place to work
This company doesn't do an orientation. They just put you to work. Aren't they supposed to be presenting there company like professionals. Your expected to run these machines constantly no matter the circumstances.
