Did the outsource 15 years ago. They treat you like babies so instead of acting like a responsible adult, you behave like a baby because they treat you like one. Have done something like a shelter workshop here in Syracuse and they treat you like a more responsible adult and I behaved like an adult. Rochester Rehab is the worst I tell ya.
This is so much more than a job I saw people who may or may not be working in an industrial environment because of their classification but they were focused on working yet able to socialize with coworkers and build relationships staff was friendly and helpful during my visit..
