1. I had to wait for the covid triage person on my last 2 visits. She seemed to be elsewhere in the building rather than at her station.
2. The consultatuon process with the nutritionist was effective and efficient. I was goven interesting and helpful nutritiion information which is easy to impliment.
3. The checkout process is lengthy. Staff put priority on teleph9one busineess one is left standing , waiting for calls to end. Once staff get to you they are vourteous and efficient, but the priority seems odd.
In summary the profesdional consult is a 5 but the sipport system is not. Therefore 3 stars.

To the results from the visit takes way too long....

To the results from the visit takes way too long. For example saw the doctor in August of last year, then in October told I had an issue with my liver, had an ultrasound done in December, got the results in January, had a visit with specialist at Rockland MD February, got blood tests on March 8th. I spoke with a RocklandMD representative and she provided me with and update to correct the issue at hand. Very helpful, and I am satisfied.

Been going to Rockland MD for years. Find the staff helpful and kind. Not only have the staff been great but so have the doctors They not only helped me and my husband tremendously, but also my mom Really appreciated all they did for us especially during these crazy times!!

Appreciate friendly, professional and rapid servic...

Appreciate friendly, professional and rapid service. Appreciate having the choice of where I d like my medical services delivered. Would recommend RocklandMD and will return for care once again!

Clinic should have improved signs. We had to get a test and neither the parking lot nor the test tent were identified. Even if it said Rockland MD it would have been more helpful. Also there should be an option on the telephone System for testing rather than waitIng ten minutes on the telephone to be directed to the testing staff.

My doctors office and the waiting rooms are modern and clean. The secretarial staff respond quickly to e-mails and advise diligently of upcoming telephone appointments. There is also plenty of free parking next to the back entrance of the building.

Polite, helpful staff to book appointment, excelle...

Polite, helpful staff to book appointment, excellent nurses precede excellent MD exam & care. MD may also conduct telephone review of lab work.
All round excellence in medical care, and worth spending for expert GP advice. Great relief to find a wonderful MD.

If you are looking for an alternative to public health clinics where often resources and time is constrained, you will find professionals that will take the time, empathy and compassion to help you. My appreciation goes to the support staff, nurses and my doctor. They all make the effort in addressing your concerns. Thank-you !

I have been a patient at Rockland MD for 3 years a...

I have been a patient at Rockland MD for 3 years and have the regrets. The staff is pleasant, and the nurses are great. As for Dr. Sheim and Dr. Desjardins are absolutely fantastic . They make your visit super comfortable , like talking to a friend. Which makes it easy to ask anything.

I was very happy with the Doctor, Dr. Scheim. She deserves 5 stars. The office staff and nurses were welcoming and accommodating.
But the communication between the doctor and the front desk needs to be improved. After my first visit, I was told by the Dr. that I would receive a call from the front desk re the blood test results and a subsequent appointment would be made for a follow up visit to the doctor. I never received a call and I made the appointment myself after waiting a few weeks. I reported this to the doctor at my follow up visit. At this visit, the doctor told me that they would definitely call me in one to two weeks to find out how the rash that I had was responding to the medication that she prescribed. I again never received a call. So improvement is definitely called for.
