1. I had to wait for the covid triage person on my last 2 visits. She seemed to be elsewhere in the building rather than at her station.
2. The consultatuon process with the nutritionist was effective and efficient. I was goven interesting and helpful nutritiion information which is easy to impliment.
3. The checkout process is lengthy. Staff put priority on teleph9one busineess one is left standing , waiting for calls to end. Once staff get to you they are vourteous and efficient, but the priority seems odd.
In summary the profesdional consult is a 5 but the sipport system is not. Therefore 3 stars.
