One of the easiest transactions I ve ever had at a car dealership. My salesman Tim Buckley was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions. After the purchase was complete Tim made sure to explain all the features and go over in detail the electronics and everything included with the vehicle.

I had a fantastic second experience at Rockland CDJR. I came in due to my lease running out and needing a new car. My mother and I met with Jermaine Simpson and he was excellent! There can be a negative connotation with cars salesmen, which perhaps may be accurate overall, but does not apply to Jermaine. He was honest, self-acknowledging, and personable. I was able to find a car I really love at a price that was agreed upon by all parties involved.
The end product, my car and the money for it, was great. But the experience was made incredible by Jermaine. Some may say that the end product is most important, which could be true. But I felt respected, heard, and comfortable with Jermaine throughout a process that can be stressful. He never pressured us, stated his intentions clearly throughout our time there, and I left very satisfied. My family will continue to go to Rockland Chrysler because of Jermaine. I had a budget and he was excellent in keeping me within not only my monthly budget while choosing what model and look of my jeep, but working with me in order to turn my previous vehicle early. Made an appointment to see a car and the car wasn't even at the dealership on the day of the appointment. We live in CT and we were going to drive 2 hours to see the car and they didn't even have it at the dealership because one of the owner's sons was driving it. The salesman yelled at me twice for asking questions. And the dealership wasn't even apologetic and they said "What do you want us to do about it?" and "Look, there's nothing we can do. You just want to hear what you want to hear." multiple times. I would have liked to hear "We're so sorry, let's see if we can do something for you since we made a mistake."
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL.
