I had a fantastic second experience at Rockland CDJR. I came in due to my lease running out and needing a new car. My mother and I met with Jermaine Simpson and he was excellent! There can be a negative connotation with cars salesmen, which perhaps may be accurate overall, but does not apply to Jermaine. He was honest, self-acknowledging, and personable. I was able to find a car I really love at a price that was agreed upon by all parties involved.
The end product, my car and the money for it, was great. But the experience was made incredible by Jermaine. Some may say that the end product is most important, which could be true. But I felt respected, heard, and comfortable with Jermaine throughout a process that can be stressful. He never pressured us, stated his intentions clearly throughout our time there, and I left very satisfied. My family will continue to go to Rockland Chrysler because of Jermaine. If you are looking for a Chrysler, dodge, jeep or ram car, go here and ask for Jermaine! You will leave happy.
