Made an appointment to see a car and the car wasn't even at the dealership on the day of the appointment. We live in CT and we were going to drive 2 hours to see the car and they didn't even have it at the dealership because one of the owner's sons was driving it. The salesman yelled at me twice for asking questions. And the dealership wasn't even apologetic and they said "What do you want us to do about it?" and "Look, there's nothing we can do. You just want to hear what you want to hear." multiple times. I would have liked to hear "We're so sorry, let's see if we can do something for you since we made a mistake."
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL.
