Went in looking for a gift for a friend, and found Glass Houses for $5! Thumb through all the racks, and you'll find some gold, or double platinum (depends on how well it sold ).

Best Record Shop in the Hudson Valley. Friendly, helpful service. New Arrivals bin sees quick turnaround on the best stuff, so important to check frequently. Solid rock, blues and jazz sections. Great 4 for $10 bins and $1 bins for the bargain hunter and good prices on stuff that goes for more.

As a first time visitor, it certainly will not be my last. Extensive inventory and all at reasonable pricing. Walked out with a full load of records and could have taken more. Nice place and nice staff.

It's not often you walk into a store and faced with the option of buying not only one, but two Michael Hurley records, one John Fahey record, or a dollar bin Canned Heat. Record Number Nine is THE Hudson Valley record store, and I often wonder why I even contemplate turning off 87' an exit earlier. Best Jams, Best Vibes, and the Best People, Rocket Number Nine leaves me praying that I will one day be allowed to turn Jerry up to 11.

Was just there. They have an amazing selection of records and it s all extremely clean and well organized. I wish I could go hear again and again cause we stopped in Kingston in a drive upstate.

I always walk out of here with an armful of records. Great selection, reasonably priced, and friendly knowledgeable staff. George is the best. Put extra quarters in the parking meter. (Don't follow leaders and watch your parking meters.)
