Poor Management or we can say Worst Management. Every employee is fed up with management & they keep on complaining but they don't listen.They will never accept their mistakes. Employees are work here like slaves. No personal life in this organisation. You have to work for minimum 13 hours. Top level management is total useless. They will never listen to you. Management don't know anything about process they just keep pushing you to work. Don't work here they will make your life hell. Employees are totally underpaid.

Good support from the management. Great place to work.

I'm at the start of my career so don't really have a success story to share yet but i know i'm at the right place for it to happen, soon! A few months into the company and i already have a mental map of where i could be in a few years and what this place has in store for me. Add to that an awesome work culture and there is nowhere else you would want to go.

The company has a great learning culture. I started as a web designer and groomed my skills alot. Adaan is the best digital company for a growth oriented people. I surely recommend Adaan for bright future.

I would strongly recommend to NOT consider this place for any reason whatsoever. Losers go to this place. It is true. You can work harder, find a better place for your association.
