Attended a private Halloween party. Not sure how much of our experience was Rockefeller's and how much was the host.

Beautifully restored theater excellent for intimate live music performances. Very cool vibe, with a well-stocked bar and a pleasant staff.

The venue isn't bad but the bands took forever to show up and when they did, they made the whole audience sit through sound check. It's like C'mon; get there early and get your stuff done. Unorganized and unprofessional.

This is a perfect place for a wedding or Communion/Bar Mitzva. Gorgeous historic building with good parking.
