I have been going to Rockbrook Camera for over a decade now. Their staff is helpful and knowledgeable and many of them have been there for years. They also have a nice used selection with a return period for those of us looking for a good deal.
We always had a great time printing Christmas cards. A young lady (l believe her name is Libby) has been very friendly and helpful. This year we decide to try again. She was not there but 2 gentlemen tried to help but were not very attentive. We also asked for additional prints after a few days of original cards but there was no response after several days. When we called, it seemed like they never entered the additional order.
This shop is a great place but I feel some staff members need better customer service skills.
Called to rent a lens for weekend basketball tournament. Needed a Canon 70-200 F2.8 EF lens. Their Website shows weekend rate of $45 which I was totally good with. Guy says website needs to be updated and price is $55 not $45, told him I would take it if they honored advertised price but refused to. I ve done a lot of business with them spent thousands but if they are willing to lose a good customer over $10 bucks they just did! I won t be back will rent a buy online!
Was greeted by 3 helpful employee San either the owner or manager when entering all happy to help and gave me some background on the move from the old location. The new location is beautiful and offers much more space for products including dedicated displays amd space for lighting. We are lucky to have a photography store this nice in Omaha.
I had been a frequent customer over 20+ years, though less so in recent years. When I re-entered the market for a new camera, Rockbrook in Omaha was the first place I thought of as they have always done a good job of answering questions, sharing insights from their personal photography hobbies + careers to help you make educated decisions, and offering quality photo finishing. Most of the sales folks are friendly, knowledgeable and are willing to answer questions about different gear and photography techniques. Highly recommend buying your photography & video equipments here! All of the sale representatives are super helpful with all my questions and courteous when I come in to purchase any items. They are also very honest! If they think you don t need the gears, they will let you know. I have been sending all of my clients to Rockbrook for any additional prints or wall art purchases. Thank you! Btw they also have awesome workshops.
The team at Rockbrook Camera is the absolute best! They helped me rent a lav microphone for a video shoot I was doing. The price for a day rental was great, the process of picking it up/returning was seamless, and they answered all the questions I had! 10/10 recommend renting gear here or purchasing new equipment (bought my newest lens here as well). Took some old slides in from 50 years ago for my boss and had them scanned onto a disk and USB drive, they turned out incredible!! He is very impressed with the result! The photos were scanned in an orderly fashion, the staff was friendly and had them done in the time they quoted and the pictures were very clear. Will definitely continue to use Rockbrook Camera for our printing needs.
