Seriously just spent 15 minutes trying to pay my bill on the automated system before giving up. What a joke. I have all the information I need and it just keeps having me put my account info in after going silent for a few moments.

We moved February 1st got the account set up and even supplied the account number to our leasing office. Never received anything in the mail or online, couldn t make an account or pay over the phone. When we called to see why and pay our bill we were told an account was created but never assigned to our unit which was frustrating we also weren t told the deposit had to be payed within 10 days. We were able to figure it out and the lady on the phone was super helpful and our leasing office was understanding. But the situation was nevertheless frustrating.

Called the other day to end my service for moving and it was a very smooth process. Worst part was waiting but once I was on the phone with the person it was so fast!! Never had issues with them and have used them for 4+ years.

Non-existent customer service. They don t return your deposit as they claim they do, and make you run for your money in the end. Just Awful

Wait times for customer service are really bad. Have never waited less than 20 minutes just to talk to someone. You can submit online but the turn around is 2 days. Pretty pathetic.

I called RPU because I had small water leak coming from the water main line and 15 minutes later RPU had a service man named "Archie" at my my house, assessed the problem and arranged a local plumber to fix the leak.
I recommend getting the insurance service they offer called "Service Assured ". It costs under $2 a month.
I have it and so should you.

You hardly get the help you need,. Maybe it was miscommunication but I had to send at least 3 emails to explain the problem I was having with my username be for that got worked out. Also I m working a lot, and I barely have the time to make calls that take at minimum an hour IF you get thru, so I was emailing about a couple Issues with my previous account that somehow had a charge for a place that service had ended for and I had paid everything to date. It took 2 days for someone to reply AFTER having already been communicating/emailing about the refund that I requested. Then they asked for the same information that I d already sent over, so it s like they don t even know what s going on or try to actually help. I need the refund so I can actually afford to pay the CORRECT bill, and I have waited too long. Sometimes you don t have time for nonsense.

I had a new furnace put in a few weeks ago and some extra wires were exposed and not capped. 2 guys came out today 12/12 to look at it. The younger one knew what he was doing, but the older one wanted to be in charge telling the younger one what to give him to fix the issue. Also the older guy stunk of cigarettes which smelled up my whole house. When they were getting ready to leave the older guy sat on my end table to take his shoe covers off almost breaking it. I m not impressed with the older guy. I think the younger one could have handled everything on his own!! 5 stars to the younger guy. If I could put 0 stars in I would for the older guy.

I recently had Wright's Tree Service show up at my house this week saying that RPU had hired them to do tree trimming in the area. I didn't realize that my tree branches were that close to the power line. Eric and his crew did an excellent job at trimming and cleaning up. They deserve a 5 star. The Only reason I gave a 4 was because I called in every day this week to tell them about the great service but was on hold for more than 10 minutes each time. You should really have more help available to answer calls in customer service as I've read from other reviews it's a major complaint.

Shout out to the customer service rep, Corey, for being awesome at her job. She was super helpful at finding the culprit of my high energy bill, which ended up being my dehumidifier! Hats off, she did a fantastic job.
